The captain's role is to lead. Unlike the other occupations the captain doesn't affiliate with a specific skill. To be the captain of a pirate crew you do not need to have the occupation of captain. A swordsman can become a captain in regards to role in a pirate crew but their occupation will not be. A captain will be able to learn Captain only moves.
