This story takes place in Japan, way back when samurai and geisha still exsisted. When marriages were arranged by the older and higher ranking samurai. Where if one was to become a geisha, her fate was sealed for life as to never have a romantic relationship. This story is about a match made in hell. Or rather, a soon to be made match. Four apprentice samurai had their marriage arranged by their master to of course, four other women. Two of the women had been geisha all their lives and suddenly were called off from their duties to become wedded to high ranking samurai rather than becoming mistresses. The other two were daughters of the master himself. The four samurai must fight, and the strongest one would marry the master's daughter.
Both of the geisha were the daughters of the master's friends. The master had made a promise to their grandfathers that they would be wedded, and although normally promises would not be kept, a promise made by a higher ranked person must be kept, and the master had been indebted to the grandfathers of the geisha. Therefore, he offered them such a thing.
The two daughters of the master were both willing to do so, although deep down inside they honestly didn't want to wed at their age. They want to do as their father says, but deep down inside they're rethinking about what they're doing and wonder if they should complain.
The samurai don't mind and wish to keep with traditions, although they do not want to marry geisha, mostly because geisha are not wives, they are mistresses. Therefore, it would be shameful to marry such a woman. But at the same time, they cannot go against their master, and thus they do not fight against him.
Will things go smoothly?

I shall try not to be a corrupt person if someone bribes me for a role~ (Just kidding.) Anyways, first come first serve. I want to post a profile thread, so if you want a role, you need to be the first one to post their name on that profile thread! I'll try to update every day to make sure that everyone knows the current standing of the rp. The profile thread and the OoC thread will be mixed, and don't worry, I know a way to direct people to profiles.
When writing, I don't mind if you throw in a couple SAT words. Actually that would make me kind of happy. Sorry, I obsess out of fear of the SAT's.
If you take a role, you must be the role~! Okay what I mean by that is that you need to stick to your profile. At least at the beginning of the roleplay because I understand that characters do change over time in novels. Don't be afraid to make a bit of drama in this too.
Keep up on the announcements board to see any changes and such.

 Yori Tsubasa: This is our master. Master Tsubasa to be exact. He's about sixty four years old and although he may have arthritis, he still is much more talented and wise than most people. As much as he is wise though, he is perverted. Although not too many people would know it, he was a very mischievous boy who yes, would flip up girl's skirts and peep in the bath house. Shame on him. Master Tsubasa is not a character really played by anyone, although if someone would like to play this role, you are more than welcomed to. Otherwise he is a character who can be controlled by anyone. Just don't make him in two places at once.
Jirou Suzuki: Jirou is the oldest and the longest apprentice of Master Tsubasa. Although he was not naturally gifted, he still works harder than all the other students under Master Tsubasa.

Ryo Koga: Ryo was the next one to come to Master Tsubasa. He was always the more playful of them all who is able to ease a tension in a room easily. With his charisma, he can calm anyone mad and befriend them. Although he does have some foes, he has a large number of friends and tends to be more of the 'class clown'.

Kyou Sato:After Yuu, Kyou was the second person to have the most talent. He came from a middle class family and was one of the many to beg Master Tsubasa to teach him. After a certain amount of groveling, he finally was accepted. Kyou deeply and passionately respects his Master and is probably the most liked pupil of Master Tsubasa who treats Kyou as if he is his own son.

Yuu Nakamura Yuu had come from a very poor family. Even though this may be true though, he is the most talented of all of them. He went unwillingly though, wanting to stay with his family in his small home in Hyogo. He is even more unwilling to be wedded to a woman of the choice of the Master because back at his home, he has his own childhood sweetheart named Aiko.

Suzume Tsubasa: Suzume is the older one of the two daughters. She is the most matured and elegant between her and Yuzuki. She was taught how to play the flute and how to do many dances. She learned acting when she was very small and is very calm and bright. Suzume is also obedient. Although she does not want to be wedded by the hand of her father, she knew it was coming and hopes to find another way to not be wedded to one of the samurai.

Yuzuki Tsubasa: Yuzuki is the polar opposite of Suzume. Although to her, she idolizes her older sister, she fails to realize her own good qualities. She isn't afraid to speak of her own opinions and although she's a tad bit slow at things it tends to attract people towards her. She can easily make a person laugh and is loved by her grandfather more than Suzume.

Hikaru Kikuchi: In truth, Hikaru's grandmother was the friend of Master Tsubasa. Her grandmother and her grandfather. But, mostly her grandmother. It had been rumored that her grandmother had an intimate relationship with her grandmother. Her grandfather though, is a fairly crud person who only see women as 'things' and did not care. Hikaru was about four when her grandmother died of sickness. Although she had died of malnutrition, it was rumored that her grandmother died from grief. Therefore, Hikaru has a slight grudge towards Master Tsubasa. Master Tsubasa wanted to make up for it all by helping her marry a fairly wealthy man.

Megumi Kobayashi: Megumi's grandfather was a good friend of Master Tsubasa. Ever since her grandfather was young, he would always help Master Tsubasa by sharing his snacks and food with him. Master Tsubasa was a fairly poor person before he become a proud and mighty warrior. Tsubasa remembers all his friends, but the kindness from Megumi's grandfather was different. Therefore they made a promise to each other to wed their children or in this case, his grandchildren and master Tsubasa's apprentices.

Bed rooms run along one long hall. The room at the end belonging to Master Tsubasa. No one other than him and his wife are allowed within that room. Both sides along the hall have four doors, meaning there are six guest rooms(excluding the daughters of Master Tsubasa). Because it would be confusing to describe where each room is located, I'll give numbers to rooms. Note: the rooms don't have numbers. On the right side are the even numbers and the left side are the odd numbers. Girls are on the right side and boys are on the left.
