It looks like they changed it, which bothers me quite a bit. I would have no problem with him having to touch them initially, but all of the sudden to change it?

I would have no problem with him having to touch them initially, but all of the sudden to change it? i think it was cuz his absorbtion power was to powerful before. and him losing his power and get a new "random" one was their oppertunity to tone down his power.

well, i think they changed it so it'd make more sense. i mean, first arthur took it away, then there was the eclipse that nutralized everyone's anyway, so when he got it 'back' i think it makes sense that he didn't get the same one, but a different version of it.

Anyhow, I think what you said (Jace) was right... It makes a little sense
I'm not particulary worried about Peter jumping overboard the plain because he has the ability to fly...
But poor Mohinder... Hope he's going to be OK...
Btw, this show is becoming too weirdly familiar with Lost... o.O

I'm liking the new chapter so far, but cautiously. Last chapter started out really good but then nothing got done and it was a huge let down for me.
I really REALLY like Danko. He's definitely misinformed about the heroes -spoiler for anyone who doesn't know who I'm talking about: as evidenced when he said Claire could heal 'like that Sylar' as if he's been led to believe that Sylar is representative of all the heroes when really he's a minority. I might be reading too much into him but he seems like an okay guy, dedicated to what he thinks is right and a little trigger happy. I do like trigger happy!
