METRONOME WARS
THE STORY
Fifty years ago, after an increase in deaths caused by beings of the supernatural, a secret organization called the "Metronome Wars" was founded by the government. Only a few were able to join and they had to be either involved with the paranormal, paranormal themselves or just had a special ability.
Metronome Wars had successfully decreased the number of unexplained deaths through hard work and hence, not being needed anymore, was closed down by the government.
Thirty years passed and now, once again, mysterious murders have been resurfacing and Metronome Wars has been issued again.
THE AGENCY
Metronome Wars is hosted in a rag tag building in downtown Montreal (St. Catherine Street), Canada, though the members can travel all over the world.
Inside the building there are many offices and living accommodations. Of course members are paid by the government for their work and they can live in the building for free.
Humans (normal people) can go into special offices to bring up cases (though the agency is pretty low key so it's rare for anyone to have even heard of it beside those who work in the Government) and there are also the offices where direct orders from the government come through, example, a new police case can't be solved, blah blah blah.
The building is four stories high and does have it's own library and a cafeteria. The dorm rooms, where people live, are located on the top floor, recreation, eating and studying is on the fourth floor along with it's library, the other two levels are dedicated to offices and meeting rooms, the main level does have the secretarial offices.
