Years have since the group known as 'The Adventurers' have disappeared. Hikaru and Daronian have continued to bring destruction to Lenoria. However, there are still parts of the world that they have not yet reached. Now, two of the original adventurers find themselves in one such spot - a battlefield from pre-curse times. They have no memory of anything connected to their and their fellow adventurer's disappearances. Discovering themselves back in Lenoria, Windy and Kurai have put out the call for new adventurers. Will they be able to find a group and protect themselves from the evils that have cursed Lenoria before the villains Daronian and Hikaru find them?

Kurai gasped, clinging to a nearby hunk of rock for support. She was coughing something horrible even now long after the dust had settled and she was feeling dizzy, incredibly dizzy and a little dazed as well. Still gasping and coughing she laid her face against the cold stone she had latched on to. It was nice, some relief from the pain that seemed to be covering every part of her body, but it wasn't enough. She couldn't think straight and she knew it, feared there might be some permanent damage done. There were holes in her memory, afterall.
"Windy" she gasped after several moments, quietly at first, then louder, with understanding and realization. Where was Windy? They had been together when... when what had happened? She couldn't remember, but that wasn't important now. For now she needed to find Windy. Kurai pulled herself to her feet. The world swam and spun beneath her and she collapsed back to her knees, still feeling the world spin all around her. She was starting to get sick to her stomach. What good was it? She was a sitting duck out here, injured and alone, and who knew what fate the others had come to. She sighed and let go of her supporting rock, falling to the cold stone floor of whatever she was on. She simply laid there, feeling the world spin and play about and wondering when it would stop.

Unknown to Kia and the others, she was not too far from them. Her small petite, pale frame was surrounded by a white bubble, her hair flowing around her as if underwater. Her white summer dress billows around her as her mind wanders throughout her dreams, her powers only having protected her body at the last second, her mind a bit scarred for things have been forgotten once more.

A stranger walks out onto the vast space. Her mouth frowns at the sparse greenery. "How did I wind up here?" she sighed sadly, unable to remember. At least memory loss was hardly a problem after so long, now she just had the task of finding out where she was and what this place was.

Kurai blinked, trying to bring the world back into focus. Had she just heard a voice, or was it just another part of her weakness? She decided it was better to call out one way or another. After all, what did she have to lose? But the only sound that would dare venture forth was a choked moan, and she wondered if it was loud enough for whoever was nearby to hear. Gathering all her strength she pulled herself back up, leaning heavily on the same massive boulder as before, and looked around, hoping to catch a glimpse of someone, anyone else.

Celia's eyes slightly opened at the small sound of a voice far off, her ears barely catching it through the wind. As she begins to come to her senses, her little barrier bubble lowers her to the ground gently, her wings disappearing, the feathers flying off in various directions to show that her body is okay with her in control again. She looks around, her eyes dazed, now wondering where she is and who it was that she heard.

Karin turned her head in the direction of a small pained sound - but she couldn't see anyone, though there were some boulders in that direction - maybe someone behind them? But then from another direction her attention was drawn by the movement of a thousand feathers rippling away from a young girl dazedly turned toward her. Blue eyes blinked once in surprise at the girl. "Hi there!" she greeted with a smile, loud enough that even though they were some distance away, she could probably hear her. But what of the other sound she'd heard?

Not far from the small group, but still some distance away, Windy lay. Her every breath came at the expense of a massive amount of pain. However, as she lie there, the pain died down to livable levels. Windy opened her eyes and was nearly blinded by the light. However, after a moment, she was able to prop herself up long enough to notice the group of women.
"Help..." The sound was no more than a croak, but hopefully it would be enough to get the attention of the others.

Kurai opened her eyes again, blinking to clear them. She was certain she heard other voices now, nearby too. Excited she pulled herself up by the rock again and staggered to her feet, leaning heavily on the massive boulder for support. She took one step and her leg gave way, causing her to collapse to the ground. Still, she forced herself back to her feet and took another step. She collapsed on her limp leg again but struggled back up. She repeated this slow process for a few minutes until she had reached the other side of the boulder and fell in a heap, panting and lying against the rock. She looked out across the field and thought she could make out human shapes, but everything far away was still too blurry to be sure. She called out again, more clearly this time, hoping whoever it was could hear her.

Karin turned from the pale ivory girl at two distressed sounds; they came from different directions though. What now? She wasn't injured, and apparently neither was this pale girl - but she hadn't responded to her greeting yet either. "So... there's other people here," Karin stated the obvious, turning back to the ivory girl, "If you go over there and get that one, I'll get the other and come back here to try and figure things out? Okay?" Karin hesitated waiting if the girl would respond - whatever happened, it sounded like those two needed help, and soon.

Celia stared at the girl in a daze before nodding softly. She quickly turns around, her eyes scanning the area, her silver hair blowing around her. She spots the woman and rushes over, worry evident on her features. She scans the woman over before placing her hand on the woman's arm, her hand glowing a light blue, the woman's wounds disappearing.

Windy pushed herself up further as her wounds started patching themselves. "Thank you."
She looked at the girl that helped her. "Can you tell me where I am? Have you seen a woman named Kurai?"

((Then I'm helping Kurai!))
When the pale girl moved in response towards the new sound Karin turned toward the boulder, and hurried over, quickly spotting the fallen dark-haired female. "Are you okay?!" Karin asked aghast at the girl's injuries as she knelt beside her, turning her onto her back - suddenly it struck her as a stupid thing to say, the girl obviously wasn't alright. She didn't give the girl a chance to respond to her inane question. "Hang on - there's some more people here, and one of them is hurt like you." Karin told her - the girl had a slight frame, so she wasn't difficult to lift, and Karin turned and headed back toward where the pale girl and the other injured person were.
