The Lighties
Well everything has a method, a way doing things. This is your guide to how the hell the light magical do business in the military.

It goes in order.

We have the ruler. He has final say. Anything anyone does in his army, he can veto. He rules supreme and is very respected.

The councilmen-they are a step down from our beloved ruler. They hold a majority of rule though the ruler overrides them. They address problems but are not fighting. They will never fight; they are more figureheads than anything else. Someone does not necessarily have to be powerful to be a councilman or woman.

The spokesperson- He what he is, a spokesperson. There may be two or three individuals like this. The spokesperson is very high up. They know all top secret plans and can use their power. The council members are a tad bit above them, but not by much. They usually respond directly from the ruler.

Elites- The elites are like the ninjas in a sense. Nobody really knows who they are. They are constantly undercover and their identity as an elite is completely not available. Elites know who the other elites are though. They are taken into account when they are children. They are taken into a special system and trained for the purpose of being elite. They cannot order around the generals, but do have say over minor soldiers. They respond directly from the ruler and are highly trained and qualified for battle. They are fighters and know a majority of top secret plans though they are not in the process of developing those plans. An elite is given a cover story. An elite’s family does not now an elite is an elite. If it were to leak out, the elite would be killed.

Generals-They are the head of the military. They tell the troops what to do and are esteemed. They must listen to spokesmen and above but not the elite. (They don’t know who they elites are anyway)

First rank-Most qualified of soldiers. A bunch of these guys will give one heir a hard time.

Second rank- Not too shabby, they are good in battle.

Third rank- More soldiers than anything

Fourth rank-Off to the slaughter!
