I will say this one thing about this episode: It was a piece of story untold in the books, didn't mess with the plot really at all. The only thing I picked out different was Zedd's brother, I don't remember him having any family but Richard alive at all. I haven't read Debt of Bones though. But yes. Good episode, and the very closest to what I was originally expecting and hoping for when it started.

The only living relative that Zedd has is Richard, there was no mention of any siblings and from the way Debt of Bones played out I don't think he has any siblings at all, because he was the only First Wizard and there were a few gifted wizards but they weren't at the caliber as Zedd was (Then again each person different, magic and otherwise).

I didn't get to see all of it as my brother changed it before the episode was over. =/

I'm supposed to be Robin Hood. Except I like my hair so I didn't change it to something more like his. XD

Yeah didn't think Zedd was supposed to have any living family left, aside from Richard, or ever had a brother, but at this point, it's doesn't seem a big enough change that it bothers me at all.

yea it was overall a pretty good episode, I dont recall debt of bones saying anything about his family.

Yeah the only references that I noticed was his daughter and his dead wife.

At the end of the episode, I can't help but think that maybe Zedd is going to place the knowledge of the Book of Counted Shadows into his memory using that orb. Just a stray thought though.

At the end of the episode, I can't help but think that maybe Zedd is going to place the knowledge of the Book of Counted Shadows into his memory using that orb. Just a stray thought though.

Thats an interesting idea but wouldn't Zedd have to know the book of counted shadows in order to give Richard the information on it through the orb?
