~Guild Rules~

*Always follow Gaia's TOS
*If you're new to the guild and want to introduce yourself, please do so in the 'Please introduce yourself here' thread. You may post your own threads about being new, but please do so in 'Tamas Cookie Basket (Spam)'.
If you post them in the main forum they will be moved to the spam forum. smile
*Please be kind to other members. If an issue arises between yourself and another member, please try to resolve that issue in private. Nobody else wants to be brought down by your negativity.
*Do not harass or flame other members. If this occurs you will be given a warning, and further violations may result in a permanent ban from the guild.
*Please attempt to post in the correct forum or sub forum.
**Do not spam in any forum but 'Tamas Cookie Basket'.
*Feel free to create new topics.
*When signing that you read the rules, put the word "Awesome" in the post.
*PLEASE MAKE AN ATTEMPT AT LITERACY.
*Please try not to create repeat topics.
*Do not beg any user at any time. People have worked hard for their gold, and you should too.
*We reserve the right to change the rules at any time.
*If you read the last three rules, please post the word "Fabulous" when signing the rules.

Please PM a crew member if you have any of the following problems:
*An issue has arisen between you and another member that cannot be resolved on your own accord.
*You feel that the subject matter of a particular thread or post is offensive or inappropriate.
*You just have a general question about the guild.

Banning Process

First Offense ~ Warning
Second Offense ~ Warning
Third Offense ~ Final Warning
Fourth Offense ~ Banned Permanantly

If you are banned but want to come back to the guild,
Please contact either the Captain or one of the Vice Captains.
If we decide to allow you back into the guild, and you get banned again,
you will be banned and never allowed back.

There are certain offenses that will result in an instant banning.
These include, but are not limited to flaming another member, or anyone in general, because of their race, sexual preference, religion or gender.
