OK I am one of the new girls on the block here, but we gotta get this Guilkd up and going. It is BORING. We have outdated threads, no one is talking. Come one people lets get it moving. Anyone with me??

I agree too! Unfortunately, it seems that a lot of us are inactive on Gaia (or at least this guild), including me. I only check in every at least once a week.

Hopefully by all of us coming together, maybe when we get our free stuff even if its just a quick hi lets stop in and say hi to each other. Thats maybe an extra 30 seconds. Lets get this guild up and running again.

Yeah.. i'm thinking after the event is over
I may ask Snorpy and the other captains
for carte blanche power to delete, move, and organize things
I don't wanna hurt anyone' feelings by deleting their stuff
BUT... we need to clean house

Definitely. I agrre about not wanting to hurt feelings but I really dont think we still need the Ghosting thread up. And I know some of us newer one are a little lost.

Okay, I just wanted to let ya'll know - we are working on it. It may take a little bit of time before you start really seeing it, cause there's a lot to do. But I'll try to get the stuff that will make the most impact done first.

So far we've renamed and deleted a few subforums
I wrote up a new Welcome Wagon announcement thread (go look!)
Still in the works:
Redesign the guild entry
A bit on guild history and people
A thread for news (or once we get the communication this settled, just do newletters maybe), keep a recommend new members thread, and a guild suggestions thread. That's all for the main announcements forum.
I'm gonna make one of the unused subforums a graveyard for now and start moving things that i believe can be done without there. That way, if I'm wrong, they can be moved back.
That's what we've got so far... gonna take a little bit to implment it all.

I am usually always on and love talking to some of the guild memebers that I know and we should make a schedule for a meeting for everyont to come on the thread and disuss items and themes and we meet up each week and decide. We also can spend a little time together.

Sounds good so far. There also needs to be an alert system going too because that seems to be a main problem in the guild, communication.
And something to lure all the people back as well, though that can come after the renovating. Moving everything into a graveyard is definitely a good idea. That way, we don't delete, but they're also out of the way.
