To equip this you need to go into your inventory and open it, it will ask you if you wish to equip it, click yes and it will grant you one of 6 types of lamps.
In lowest to highest order of market value they are:
Lamp of Bishr
Lamp of Zaina
Lamp of Jenny
Lamp of Alanar
Lamp of Auspice
Lamp of Mabrook
You can either open the 2nd lamp that you have just been granted to get an item or you can resell the lamp in the 2nd lamp state. See my other threads on the items found in the different lamps.
