Summary:
Watari is given a mission for his Six Division in Kyoto, just days after Tsuzuki's near death in the city showdown with Muraki (days after the Kyoto Arc). Apparently, there's some unseen force draining the life from Buddhist Monks and Shinto Priests and Priestesses. With it being such an odd group of victims, Watari doesn't suspect their usual... well... suspect. With thoughts of this being Muraki's handiwork out of the picture, Watari sets out to investigate. However, this very evil could be even more deadly than the doctor, and it has it's sights set on the Summons Division employees. Can Watari stop this phantom before he falls to it's power as well... or will someone else pay the price in the end?
