This is a separate section of the training grounds, which is closed off from the general public. This part can only be opened by the Captain or Vice-Captain of the squad. The Demi-Hollows are dummy hollows that can only be activated by a Vice-Captain or Captain. Either will adjust the strength that they feel is appropriate to your level. .__.
