Here are some links to the best Digimon websites and guilds I can find right now... I ask anybody who wants to add to the list.
A mainly Digimon guild run by MetalCurse. It's been going under some rennovations and this may soon change, but I still think it's appropriate to give the link.
Digimon Spirit
This site is quite nice for resources relevant to the animes, and even has a section where you can download music from the official CDs if you liked it. I really don't know if it has anything on the games yet so I'll have to edit this later to touch on that subject... And I do know it doesn't cover the old virtual pets, but none of the sites that are still up seem to sadly. Still, very nice site. I like how it even uses a fan-drawn banner instead of just something photoshopped.

These are probably the two most complete digidexes on the web. Both will lack some possible evolutions, and even combined I'm sure they'll miss a possible evolution or two from the original virtual pets... But when used together, they're probably the most complete guide to possible lines of evolution on the web. However, Wikimon is being rebuilt from scratch right now. So in the mean time, I would suggest relying on DigidexE and Megchan's Digimon Encyclopedia.
