This is where I will be posting up the ranks within this squad. I will not accept private messages asking to be Vice Captain or whichever position you prefer. In the end, I am the Squad Captain and, therefore, it is I that will determine your rank within the squad. The ways and means by which I will determine is by your character’s roleplaying format and skills; proper usage of grammar and good use of description. Another factor I will be looking for is leadership skills; the ability to gain control over situations without godmoding and setting a good example for others to follow.

The one thing I will allow, however, is a challenge of ranks. If you feel you should be placed at higher rank, with my permission, you may challenge the rank you wish to be. However, this does not mean that if you have just joined and want to be Vice Captain, per say, you cannot challenge the Vice Captain without 1) my permission and 2) me not having enough information from the challenger to allow such a challenge. Be active within the guild, roleplay well with proper grammar, and then you will be able to make challenges. This is for your sake as a roleplayer to grow in the way you roleplay and communicate in order to stand out and show that you will actually fulfill that rank to which you prefer. Show me that you, as a roleplayer, are committed to this squad.
