Endymion, Emperor of TiKy Lai, strolled along the stone path of this large and beautiful snow covered garden. He was alone, and had no need to fear eing attacked because he was well protected not only by his disguise, but by his most trusted and loyal body guards: The Legendary warriors Singing Sword and Song Blade. He chuckled as he heard the sudden shreiks of his lovely neice, the snow Princess Sapphire. Her brother, Zell must have snuck up behind her yet again. He had a knack for that and thought that one day, he would make a great ninja. He then stopped underneath his prized Sakura tree and rested a moment. He smiled, his eyes still closed.
"How are we this fine afternoon?" he said turning to Utada who had suddenly appeared. The snow white cat bowed graciously.
"Your hearing is becoming sharper, sire." Utada replied quietly as she straightened back up. "I am doing well, your majesty, and you? You seem cheeful today."
"It is not everyday when my most trusted of body guards are getting married." The Emperor said with a chuckle. "We shall make a grand festival out of it. One that will be the talk of the entire kingdom."
"You honor me, your majesty." Utada replied bowing again. "May I ask you for a request?" She said still bowed.
"Anything." Endymion replied "I would give you half my empire if it is what you request."
"I do not want your empire...sire." Utada replied softly. "Since I have no father. or any other family...would you please...give me away at my wedding?"
Endymion was shocked and deeply touched. He bowed low, even for an Emperor and replied:"Were I to die after your wedding, I would die the happiest man in all the universe. I am humbled by your request, Utada, It would be my honor."
Utada couldn't contain her happiness and hugged the Emperor who returned her hug. Just then one of the Guards ran toward them and bowed deeply. The young male was out of breath for he had been running all over looking for the Emperor.
"Emperoor, there is a male cat at the gate demanding to seek a meeting with you." the young man said. "he claims to be one of Keroshin's men"
Utada's ears perked at the mention of that name. General Keroshin, the most legendary of Warlords, the ultimate Jajin. Known also as the Shadow Dragon King... could this be true? Could he truely exist?
Endymion frowned and rubbed his chin. "Go bring the new comer to my private chambers," He then turned to Utada as the young male guard ran off to do so. "Go find Van and come as well...he will need to hear this as well."
Utada nodded and took off to where she knew Van would be.
