Hidden deep under the library in a small room. There are two doors in this room: one leads to the lift back up to the hidden door in the library, the other to a hall. There are four doors in the hall, all painted white with red designs on them. The first door lead to a weapons room; inside are all of the weapons that Oto owns, except for Ijoukeishi and Hiryo. The second door leads to a computer room; housing a large organic computer and tons of software for it. In the third is an exquisite lounge, which contains 6 large couches facing 3 televisions and a large music system. The final door leads to a training room, which is linked up to the computer to running training systems. In the back of the training room is a closet containing all of Oto's scrolls. The door leading into the hallway is protected by a chakra sensor, if it senses the chakra of someone who is not allowed to enter it locks.

Oto walks into the library and goes straight to the stacks. He pulls out a book titled "Legendary Dragons, by LD and DM." After it comes out halfway the bookshelf slides up, giving him access to the lift. After he rides the lift down he goes straight to the lounge and sits down for a nap.
