Garnet's Infomation
Full Name: Garnet Kanoko
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Hometown: Pallet Town
Description: Garnet looks like any girl. She has long black hair to her waist, and deep, brown hued eyes, which usually give her a dreamy look. She's fairly thin, and her skin is pale peach, indacating that she doesn't eat much nor sunbathe. Her lips are the only thing that look heathly. Her lips are pale, but not too pale, pink in hue. Her clothes are fairly simple. The colors she wears most often are purple, black or white. Usually though, she wears a white blouse over a black shirt, and usually either black jeans or a long, black skirt. In her hair, there is usually a cherry blossom clip which was given to her by her grandmother whom died years ago. Her pokeballs are always tied to her belt. Around her neck is a simple necklace. A piece of garnet shaped into a teardrop on a silver chain.
Personality: Garnet has a split personality. She's often quiet, gentle and kind, but sometimes you can find her bouncing off walls. She'll get grumpy of course, and sometimes rude, but her mood changes quickly. One minute she's crying, the next she's laughing her head off. Garnet is very sensitive though. She's a true nature lover, so it hurts her when she sees anything injured...geez. If she sees even a wilted flower, she goes insane...well, not always. At times, she can be quite annoying, and a real pain in the neck, but at other times, she'll be the kindest person you'll know...buuut she's usually just timid...

Travel Log
Current Location: Viridian Forest
Day One: I wander out to the pokemon world. I'm nervous, but excited at the same time. The only problem is that I have to capture my own pokemon. After a long time, I manage to capture my very first pokemon, a Pidgey that I've nicknamed Asayake, which means 'Morning Glow' in japanese. She's now my companion and best friend!
Day Two: I'm on route two. Nothing much here, just jogging along...I want to enter the Viridian forest. I'll probably get there by tomorrow!
Day Three: I'm in the forest. I met some guy named Slifer. We battled...my pidgey vesus his caterpie. I can't say I did very well. I rushed a lot and made a few mistakes. I'm proud of Asayake though...She held up and tried her best...sadly she fainted, so I was forced to leave and return to Viridian City where I'll have to stay for the night. I'm feeling a little angry, I admit. Angry at myself for making such foolish mistakes. Now I notice that almost everyone is traveling together in groups. I guess I'm feeling a pinch of jelously. Who would want me in their group? I'm weak, timid, and a worthless companion. I do wish I were part of a group though...a group that would accept me...Anyways, I'm depressed, but hopefully, I'll get over it...
Day Four: I'm feeling a lot better today. I met this girl named Tia...She's really nice. Heh, we're gonna travel together. It comforts me to know I have a human friend too. We went to the bakery to get some food and supplies, and then we're gonna go to the forest...I'm so excited!
Day Five: I dragged Tia to the forest...I was feeling quite guilty. Anyways, I caught a Caterpie! Well, Actually, Asayake caught her. The little caterpie fell onto my head and I fed her a cookie. It seemed that Asayake took an instant liking to the little pokemon. She knocked down a pokeball from my belt, and the little Caterpie, which I later named Saflye, crawled into it by herself! I'm glad to have her on the team!
Day Six: I'm keep tripping! Today, Asayake sensed someone, and flew off, so I chased herm leaving Tia behind. I'm feeling even MORE guilty. Anyways, I met a boy named Armos Hunt. He's really friendly, yet seems a tad shy. I dragged him to meet Tia. Maybe...maybe he'll join our group? Let's hope so! The more the merrier, and he's really nice like Tia...they're both great people!
Day Seven: Well, We all finally got out of the forest! That's all I can say right now! I'm so glad!
Day Eight: I woke up a tad late this morning, and met up with Armos again. Tia was nowhere to be seen, and then she returned around the afternoon. We went back to the forest ot train!
Day Nine: Asayake flew off again! This time I found a pair of girls, and Asayake battled a trainer's, whom name was Isis, pidgey. Isis is a sweet person! She agreed to acompany me back to Tia!
We stopped for a break, and then a storm came in. Isis's sentret, Slate, had been wandering.

Relationships/Friends
Garnets Relationships with her Pokemon:
Asayake- Asayake seems to be fond of Garnet. She usually perches on her shoulder, and seems constantly worried about Garnet' s health since she doesn't eat much and is fairly pale. She's caring, but also tends to get annoyed easily.
Saflye- The little caterpie took an instant liking to Garnet when she gave her a cookie. She's quite shy around others, and can be found crawling up Garnet's leg in fear. Asayake seems to be her guard. She always keeps a sharp eye on the little caterpie, even in battle.
Sakura- Probably the gentlest of the group so far. She's kind and quiet, and is usually the peacemaker. Quite a lovely pokemon, Garnet found her in a strange black pokeball.
Inuzuka- Garnet found an egg in the bushes one day, along with a firestone, and 5 pokeballs. She was amazed when a mareep hatched out! Inuzuka is playful, and gets along best with Saflye it seems.
Hanyou- The newest addition! Hanyou had been Garnet's brother's growlithe, and then one day he sent his fearow to deliver a letter and the pokeball containing Hanyou to Garnet. Hanyou doesn't trust many, at first that is. He's quite attached to Garnet, since Garnet was one of the first people he met, and she played with her constantly as a child.
Friends
Tia- Tia's a great person. Garnet travels with her. They first met each other when Garnet was in the Viridian Pokemon Center after she lost a battle. She was quite depressed. Tia agreed to travel with Garnet, with made her day. Without Tia, Garnet would be lost.
Armos- At this time, Garnet just met Armos, yet she still considers him a friend. He's kind, yet has a shy side as well. Garnet first met him when Asayake sensed someone and flew off. Garnet chased her, but ended up tripping on a tree root and falling flat on her face! That's when she figured out who Asayake had sensed. Armos Hunt. Garnet seems to get along with him fine, but we can't say the same to his meowth and Asayake!
Isis- A really sweet person! Garnet was quite happy to meet up with her. The two had a battle, and...yeah. They met up when Asayake, once again, flew off. Now they're just going through the forest to get back to Tia!
Ieva- A very friendly, and generous person! When the storm came up in the forest, she offered Isis and Garnet a tent. They stayed in there for a while, and found out that Ieva didn't have a pokemon, so they decided to try to help her find one.
