In the V-day event, I sent a Valentine to Nicu because I kept getting a Database error every time I went after Moira. D;
While checking the forums to find what he likes (other than money)...
I found out something interesting.
A few NPC's can be gained by just filling out the Personal Message.
I tired with Moira, GOT ANOTHER DATA BASE ERROR. gonk
So then I said SCREW IT, and sent Nicu a blank one that just said one word in the personal message.
It was the only word I could think of at the time.
"MAFIA"
I blame Black*Star.

I just got Edmund the same way I got Nicu...
But I put "I admire you" instead of "MAFIA" in the personal message.
I still blame Black*Star though.
Also, you have to be male in order for Devin to accept you.

If that event was still on, i'd send a nice one and if they rejected it, I'd send another saying
