- the above have to be finished before growth
- that means, your character can't grow without doing all the above
- even if you have 10 rank points

ACADEMY STUDENT - - -
requirements:
xxx classes depend on the sign-ups
xxxxx that should be the first thing you go to
xxx journal entry on going to academy/first day
xxxxx varies on what you're given
xxxxx rp on going to academy -> entry on first day
xxxxx entry on going to academy -> rp on first day
xxx must complete six years
- the squad you'll be placed in will be determined through the optional tasks
xx which are, by the way, the 'three other tasks'
- zanpakuto release, by the way, is different from shikai release. zanpakuto
xx release is basically putting in one's reiatsu in the
xx zanpakuto. shikai release is releasing the spirit
xx from the zanpakuto

SHINIGAMI - - -
* rank points needed to advance varies on the tasks you take
* rank points will be added. like, if you get ten points in the novice rank,
xx the next points you get in the next rank, will
xx be added to your former rank points.
NOVICE:
- rank points to advance: 10
- this is the default rank for all shinigami
- tasks will be given and it is up to you to take these tasks
- some may be shared among people and some cannot
xx yes, on a first-come-first-served basis
- inactivity will cause to be dropped to the more common divisions
REGULAR:
- rank points to advance: 20
- inactivity will cause for you to be put down in rank
- inactivity will also cause for you to [maybe] be put to another division
- shikai release is necessary to go up in rank despite having ten points
EXPERIENCED:
- shikai release is needed for this rank
- inactivity will cause to be dropped down in rank

SPECIAL RANK / SEATED STATUS - - -
FOR EACH DIVISION
* one captain
* one vice-captain
* two seated shinigami
SEATED SHINIGAMI:
- these will be the two people who have the highest rank points next to the
xxvice-captain and captain
- new art will be optional on the part of the artist
xxx- this will consist of new items/clothing
VICE-CAPTAIN:
- once the captain is assigned, he/she will choose a vice-captain
- the username and character of the person the captain chosen will be
xxPMed to the mule to look him/her over
- the captain can only choose his/her vice-captain ONCE
- if the person gets inactive, he/she will be replaced by someone the staff
xxpicks
- new art will be optional on the part of the artist
xxx- this will consist of new items/clothing
CAPTAIN:
- MUST have bankai
- candidates are to be chosen by the staff
- division members are going to vote [through posts] who the captain
xxwill be
- given new art
CHALLENGING THE CAPTAIN:
- has to have the highest rank points [yes, above the current captain's] for
xxa week
- must have bankai
- NO exceptions
