THE BASICS
» zanpakuto name: Chishio
» sealed appearance: looks like a standard katana: 23.6 inches long, the hilt of the katana cherry wood with black cord [the cherry wood showing between the diamon-shaped gaps]. The hilt of the katana is a dull black color with a red-tint finish. The scabbard and end caps of the hilt are dark silver-steel [the scabbard a square shape with flower-petals embossed on the metal-work]. The blade of the katana is standard japanese steel [Tamahagane].
THE SHIKAI
» appearance: The blade extends to 48 inches long, straightens out, and becomes a double-edged sword. The blade turns a bloody-crimson color, except for the sharp edges. The hilt turns into a rapier-like form, the scabbard flattening and extending a little bit past the end of the blade and onto the steel, and it turns a dull-black color. There are two amethyst jewels imbedded in the black steel [one at the end of the hilt and one at the base of the scabbard].

» abilities: It has the ability to create flames around the sword, including the hilt.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: a small albino-panther with dual colored eyes [one blue and one red]. There are scars adorning the right shoulder and blue eye of the panther and half of the panther's left ear is missing, pink scars along the jagged egde of the remains of the ear.
» personality: She is bitter and hates contact with other shinigami but only puts up with them for her own shinigami's sake. She is quick to anger and won't forgive anyone who scorns Akane, even if she did something as minor as mis-speak a Kidou spell. She is protective of Akane and will do anything to protect her.

» sealed appearance: Standard katana.
THE SHIKAI Rise Against Fushichou
» appearance: When the above words are uttered, the black flame like tattoo on Takara's arm starts unwinding from her arm and going into the sword changing it's appearence into a very odd shaped sword. The blade itself is as black as night while the hilt and bird like design on the blade are golden. When Takara moves the blade it is similar to fire moving on it's own. The the blade is never seen on fire.
» abilities: - Molten Core: The blade is extreamly hot to the touch.
- Flame lick: The zanpaktou almost seems to turn into a whip for an instance, a lineof fire shoots out and can be bended at Takara's wil lfor a very short time frame before it is pulled back into the blade.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: Black-purpleish phoenix.
» personality: In her world, there isn’t much room for error. She dislike to see mistakes repeated, and has no patience with inefficiency. She's been told that she becomes quite harsh when her patience is tried in these respects. She has difficulty seeing things from outside her own perspective and naturally have little patience with people who do not see things the same way as herself. But she does love to interact with her wielder. As an extrovert, she's energized and stimulated primarily externally. There's nothing more enjoyable and satisfying to her than having a lively, challenging conversation or perhaps a duel.

THE SPIRIT
» appearance: The spirit appears as a little girl with short blonde hair that flairs out like a wild flower- think an almost Himeka type hairstyle from Pretear. Upon her head she wears a single dark violet ribbon tied on the top of her head that flops down. The ribbons are very long and extend down to her waist. She cannot talk, but she is very expressive with her delicate facial features and her heterochromia eyes- one light sky blue, the other a dark green. Her skin is a snow white, ghostly pale to the point where she is almost colorless in skin tone. Upon her back are a pair of small yellow canary wings, that can grow and eclipse around her body in protection. On her small body, she wears a lavender colored dress that elegantly rests upon her tiny frame, giving it an angelic glow. The dress appears appears to hug her almost non-existent curves with complimenting white feathers next to the sheer lavender material. As an accessory, she wears a purple ribbon around her neck with a single golden bell attached to it.
» personality: Although lacking the ability to speak, Fujiwara is a very energetic person. She speaks in her own way and is very expressive with her whole body language. She is always bouncing around, happy to meet any new person. Often times she will try and urge Kotone to open up and let loose any hyper energy inside her. Friendly and explosive, she is practically a ray of sunshine. But after all, she is merely a naive child, dead for many, many years. Fujiwara dislikes fighting, but, just like Kotone, if some one is in trouble, she will not hesitate to help out. Killing, on the other hand, is much harder for her to commit, but Kotone is no murderer, so it is most likely never to happen.

» personality: Unlike Koyama, Mayuki is more sensitive to emotion and intuitive, compassionate to the give and take of life. Quiet, logical and kind, there is a strong sense to protect what is right within Mayuki like Koyama. And as misunderstood as snakes are, he is as pure as the snow written in his name. He is surprisingly talkative on occasion and is better at reading the atmosphere than Koyama, is quick at mending situations that have gone astray. [will revise later]

» zanpakuto name: momiji [ 紅葉 ;; maple ]
» sealed appearance: a katana with a plain, brown-tinted dark red scabbard. the guard, which is colored like the scabbard, is shaped like a rectangle with rounded corners. the hilt is wrapped in a brownish faded green cloth, and a thin, similarly-colored ribbon is tied onto the hilt, just a little below the guard. the whole blade is not that different from normal katana in appearance, save for its length, which is a little longer [ around 80 cm / 32 inches in length ] than normal.
THE SHIKAI
» 「色付け、紅葉!」-- "change color, momiji!"
» appearance: once released, the katana turns into a nodachi, becoming almost two times longer than its original length [ becomes around 155 cm / 62 inches long ]. the scabbard will disappear, seemingly melding with the blade, which color turns from the usual grayish silver color into a brownish dark red color; similar to the scabbard, only a bit lighter in shade, making it look like a wooden blade. an almost transparent maple leaf pattern covers the blade, giving it a somewhat glossier look.
» abilities: the blade becomes more durable and much, much sharper than before, able to cut through normal steel--and anything made out of or weaker than it--with ease, and in addition to increasing makoto's speed, momiji also has one other ability.
-- shougekiha [ 衝撃波 ;; 'shockwave' ]
creates a shockwave when the blade is swung. it is only strong enough to push enemies away, though, since it's more of a defensive ability. still, it does hurt when you get hit by the shockwave; it would feel as if you were hit by a wooden sword.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: momiji appears as a little boy--quite literally, since he's only about 15 cm / 6 inches tall and small enough to stand on the palm of your hand. he has short, brownish dark red hair, cut just a little above his shoulders, and brownish faded green eyes. he usually wears a simple, maple-leaf-patterned kimono which dominant color is similar to his hair.
» personality: if makoto was the logic, then momiji would be the emotions. the spirit is very sensitive to other people's feelings, and he often reprimands makoto for being too blunt. momiji is usually quite meek and timid, easily scared by and into a lot of things, but when he finally musters up enough courage, he can be pretty brave for his size, and he becomes a lot more opinionated. he usually reverts to his usual personality in a relatively short while, though. other than that, momiji is kind, very kind...a bit too kind, perhaps. he is also easily moved to tears, be it from sympathy or fear.

» appearance: "Jomei, release your light!"
Example A play off of this without a clock face... Talismans instead, on the round part and chain. I'll play around and try and draw it. xD He uses it like a sword. It can be strapped on his back like a back-pack while not in use (ex: fleeing to or form a fight) It can also be thrown like a chain-sickle.
» abilities: General>>> holy/wind element (it's not as heavy as it looks) light and easy for Kei to use thanks to the wind. He can fire bursts of light energy&wind making a moving, somewhat-blinding shield/barrier projectile. Like shooting a little wall of light at somebody. Does that make sense?
As a priest----He can also try tossing talismans that can temporarily bind/paralyze the enemy. "Rin Pyo Tou Sha Kai Jin Retsu Sai Zen"
Special/And Bankai >>> Gift of sight. Forms a jagan on Kei's head. This heightens Keitaro's sixth sense ability and allows Keitaro to see. The perspective is different of course-being he is looking through one eye instead of 3. (useful for searching for lost items) BANKAI---If Jomei's spirit is summoned, Keitaro can also see what Jomei sees-from his spirit's perspective, not just his own jagan. The Jagans are 'connected' (*gasp* he can watch himself fight lol). xD
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: blue-eyed, white inukami with a jagan (play-off of a seeing eye dog for Keitaro with an extra eye xD )
» personality: large when summoned, very intelligent, analyzes situations well, comes off as the very serious type

» zanpakuto name: Chieryujin (Dragon God of Wisdom)
» sealed appearance: a very short tantou (think about colors etc?)
THE SHIKAI Splash, Chieryujin!
» appearance: At first, looks like your regular katana. Seems quite an improvement, only...not. It's made 100% of rubber. As soon as it hits something, it bends. (think about colors and appearance some more)
» abilities: None. As in, none AT ALL. It's completely useless. The only thing Mizu can use his shikai to is to try and intimidate his opponent by bluffing.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: The spirit's true form is a Great Sea Dragon, but the form that Mizu sees is of a flopping fish. Which usually shows up on the shore and not in the water, pathetically flopping for help.
» personality: He's a very intelligent thing, and calls himself 'the Bearer of Knowledge'...but at the same time he's helluva proud, and won't show his true form to those who he won't consider worthy. And that won't happen to anyone who doesn't think so about himself.

THE BASICS
» zanpakuto name: shirogane suisei [silver comet] 銀すい星
» sealed appearance: it's basically a normal katana, with slight alterations. Its scabbard has a gray color, a purple ribbon tied to it, a swirly design where the blade ends though basically the katana is fairly normal with slight alterations. The hilt has a a purple ribbon covering it though leaving spaces in between to show the hilt's gray-ish color, said ribbon trailing down two inches below the hilt. The guard has a number of swirling designs though shaped circular like normal, its color gray. The blade has a silver-blue color, though it's not exactly very clear unless hit by moonlight.
THE SHIKAI
» coil, shirogane suisei! . 巻く 銀すい星
» appearance: Upon release, the katana's blade becomes a long chain, the hilt and guard disappearing and coiling around Nami's right arm. The end of the chain has a small dagger attached to it, Nami being able to aim it to wherever she wishes. The chain can also be lengthened as Nami wishes it, though not exceeding five meters.
» abilities: heightened speed and accuracy. pretty much that.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: shirogane suisei [or shiro as nami likes to call him] is a male, tall [around six feet] and lanky, with mostly white and silver accents to him. His hair is white, its tail reaching down to his waist, matching silver eyes Nami once thought was scary.

THE BASICS
» zanpakuto name: Ryuushita (龍舌, literally dragon tongue）
» sealed appearance: A standard double-edged katana with a black hilt. The hilt has silver dragons engraved on it. The katana is bent.
THE SHIKAI “Awake, Ryuushita!”
» appearance: A five foot long whip. Loose spiked pipes are threaded into the whip like beads. One spike at the end is attatched to the very end of the whip so that the pipes don’t fall out. A ring can be found at the end of the handle. When it is pulled, the user will find that it is connected to the whip, and that the weapon can become a sword-like weapon as the pipes connect each other. However, it is extremely awkward to handle. It is also hard to hit fast opponents with the whip, and easier to hit the user himself and people on his side by miatake. Rough image reference just because the explaination is confusing.
» abilities: getting hit by the spikes cause temporary numbness, making the opponent slower. This does not affect the user's allies. Say someone got hit on the leg. It won't stop that person from walking, but it will make him limp a bit. It is most effective when the opponent is hit more than once. The numbness only lasts for a few minutes. This ability is immune to Shinigamis.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: A small white dragon. It is about a foot long in length. It carries a blue duster around with it all the time. It doesn’t look all that significant like other dragons in myths. In fact, it just looks like a big lizard or fat snake with two arms and wings.
» personality: Simply a prankster. It likes to play practical jokes on people, which obviously annoys them. It hates dirty things.

THE BASICS
» zanpakuto name: Chihaya (千早, translates literally to 'a thousand mornings')
» sealed appearance: Like every standard katana, except the hilt is a very dark, dull yellow, and fairly plain looking. There is no cross guard on the sword.
THE SHIKAI
» war cry: Dawn, Chihaya! (明ける，千早!）
» appearance: When released the sword takes on the shape of a rather large arrowhead with a long-ish hilt. The entire sword is a dull , dark yellow colour, with a matte feel and look to it. Hilt is wrapped with ribbon.
» abilities: Chihaya in shikai form enhances Maki's speed and reaction time, which makes her an almost impossible target to catch when she really goes all out. The hole in the middle can store small amounts of reiatsu absorbed from the immediate area which can then be used to repair Chihaya or heal minor wounds.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: A young man dressed in clothes from the Hei'an Era of Japan. He has jet black hair and eyes the colour of the sword.
» personality: He's the immediate opposite of Maki; pessimistic, sharp, critical, temperamental and very aloof. Also rather feminine looking, as men tend to look in the Hei'an period. xD;

THE BASICS
» zanpakuto name: 花音 KANON (flower sound)
» sealed appearance: an intricate 'cane sword' concealed in the form of Seaki's broom, the blade itself does not appear to be any larger than an average katana and is easily used single-handedly or even using both hands as the tsuka allows it. Its sori is about seventy-something centimeters of length. When drawn, the blade seems pretty normal. It has a slightly larger hi than an average katana but its still not wide enough to be called a bohi. The hamon on the blade is rather elegant, sporting the design of small sakura blossoms.
THE SHIKAI command is simply "Kyou!" (キョウ!) which loosely translates as 'emanate a sound' (ring, echo, reverberate, resound, etc.)
» appearance: [working the picture department] the blade extends to about double the size, the sori now being a meter and a half. The blade is almost invisible, adopting a mirrorlike surface.
» abilities: when Kanon's Shikai is triggered it emanates a clear sound which spreads to a radius that coresponds to the amount of spiritual energy released. The more energy is released through the triggering the larger the area Kanon's 'sakurafubuki ring' will enclose. The sakurafubuki ring is at its larger part nothing but an illussion created in order to confuse the enemy. It is named this way because it creates a 'wall' of white flower petals that separates the outside from the inside of the ring. It is impossible to see through the ring wether you are inside or outside. Within each illussory petal hides a tiny amound of spiritual energy. Each petal reverberates a single ringing sound each time it collides with something else. The echo created in time overloads the hearing of anyone inside the sakurafubuki ring, appart from people that are in direct contact with Kanon (since the blade's own sound -which lingers vibrating long after- negates all other nearby wavelengths.) If the echo grows stronger, the pressure of the sound waves becomes so great that it can render one immobile. Using the same sound waves Kanon is able to strike a target far away from it, sending a wave of slicing wind at its opponent.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: [x] [x] Kanon takes the form of a young princess. Clad in the ceremonial clothes of a miko she almost mocks Seaki's appearance. She appears to be very short, about a single metre alltogether.
» personality: incredibly bossy and loud. She is a spoiled, childish queen who yearns to always be in the spotlight...

» zanpakuto name: Hakusakaze (Gossamer Wind)
» sealed appearance: Shinai of pale white bamboo. The Tsuka is a pale lavender color.
THE SHIKAI
» appearance: (Hakusakaze, I beg. Embrace me as a Lover) The bands upon the length of Ayame's Shinai snap and the four bamboo reeds within split down to the hilt and elongate. They spread wide, and between them pale lavender silk spreads, transforming it into a large fan that stands as tall as Ayame from tip to tip. A strip of lavender silk unwinds from the tsuka, and it winds itself completely up Ayame's arm, thus making Hakusakaze firmly attached to her arm and weilded like a extra large hand.
» abilities: In this form, Hakusakaze can act as a large sheild despite it's delicate appearance when needed defensively. When weilded offensively, Hakusakaze can either be shut and used as a lance, or it may be swept towards an enemy to send a blast of lavender tinted air like a projectile weapon.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: Reference Pic Hakusakaze's appearance is a spider roughly the size of a clydsdale horse. It's body has a pale lavender hue to it, broken by bands of black and white. His body is very long legged and covered in hard chitine plates. Scraps of silk are tied at the joins of his legs, and a single ragged strip winds about his body.
» personality: Aggressive. In counter to Suzuki's calm and submissive nature, Hakusakaze is a aggressive and possessive spirit. He push's and drives for Suzuki to be more violent in battle, often times threatening her with abandonment if she fails to prove herself worthy of him. However, due to his possessive nature, he would never do such a thing. He often attempts to manipulate Suzuki by playing on her insecurities, thus to better guide her away from others so he might keep her more to himself.

» zanpakuto name: Yukiko [ "Snow Child" ]
» sealed appearance: Her sealed appearance is that of an average katana. The length of the sword is 27'' and the hilt is 10'' making it 37'' overall. The threads at the hilt of the katana are dodger blue and yellow. The sheath of the sword is also dodger blue, but it has no yellow on it. Reference Image.
THE SHIKAI Freeze all air, Yukiko!
» appearance: When released the air, or condensation, around the sword freezes forming a sort of ice casing around the sword. The casing plainly covers the sword first, then adopts a sort of sharp scaly texture, making even the dull edges of the katana deadly. This ice however, is not ordinary ice. It stays intact and doesn't melt as long as the user, Chiharu, still has reiatsu.
» abilities: When first released, butterflies of ice temporarily swirl around the sword insuring a successful release. Once fully transformed the butterflies start to melt, but should someone other than Yukiko's wielder make contact with the butterflies as the sword undergoes transformation that small part of their body, sword, etc. becomes frozen for a few minutes. During battle, when the sword is in shikai it can numb the body part of wherever it hits for a few minutes. It doesn't paralyze the opponent or anything of the extreme, but merely makes fighting a little tougher on them. They can still move the numb part, but it'll just be harder to fight.
THE SPIRIT
» appearance: Yukiko is a small serpent-like dragon. She has miniature hind legs and arms. She's pure white with piercing blue eyes. She doesn't have normal dragon wings, but she does have butterfly wings. They're made of a never melting ice and are where her normal wings would've been should she have had them.
» personality: Yukiko is a very cold, distant spirit. She doesn't talk much, but from time to time she'll give Chiharu advice while they fight. Though she'd never admit it, Yukiko admires her owner and can get very protective of her. Should someone hurt Chiharu in any way without a very good explanation she'll go out of her way to make them pay.
