Perhaps one of you can clear this up for me.
I've heard of vegans that refuse to give oral sex because any outcome (pun intended) would be an "animal product". To me this seems a bit poorly thought through as this "animal product" is not procured by killing anything or through any harmful or dabilitating means, nor is it harmful to ones well being. Im unsure if maybe said vegans truely felt that they were advocating for animal rights this way or if they didnt want to commit such acts so they made somthing up rather than being forward with their partner.

I wouldn't say oral sex had anything to do with animal rights... unless you're having sex with animals, and I sure hope that's not what we're talking about here. *shakes her head* If someone was that concerned about consuming ANY "animal proteins" at all (Seriously? *lol*) they could always just not swallow.
This sounds like just a line to me. It saddens me that someone would use the term "vegan" as such an excuse, and a lame one at that. Just do it, or just outright say "NO".
I suppose some sexual aid products/chemicals might be tested on animals or have animal by-products in them (glycerin comes to mind) but again, this isn't what you're talking about, and I'm sure any vegan issues such as that could be solved with a little homework on the products involved.
PS: how is this topic labeled "dating"? I'd say this goes a step beyond just dating.

that doesn't make any sense to me. if everything a meat-eater's body produced is so "contaminated" then why interact intimately with meat-eaters at all? as long as they're not puking up in my mouth when we're making out, im fine. xd

I'm vegan, and I see nothing wrong with Oral.
I'm sure as hell my fiance won't mind it either, once we're married.
