Personality: Calm and collected at all times, he is very patient. Haste makes waste, is a motto of his. He is very kind and is willing to lend a shoulder to lean on or an ear to listen. He doesn't mind Shinigami and would rather work with them.

Physical Description: He is fairly tall with about normal skin for a Caucasian. Medium length brown hair falls over his shoulders and is normally pushed back behind his ears. He's beginning to get a few gray streaks either from family genes or use of spirit energy, though Tetra is also a sufficient possibility. Glasses adorn his face, covering his hazel eyes, and he is clean shaven. His body structure isn't very muscular than most, but he is considered good looking. Across his back is a tattoo that he gained as he raised through the ranks of the Quincy. It is of his personal cross, with the phrase "Quincy is Justice" to the left and "I am Quincy" to the right. For clothing, he normally wears a button up shirt, black pants, dress shoes, and a blazer, as is required by his work. For casual wear, he wears a button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up, blue jeans, and boots. His cross is always dangling from a charm around his left wrist.
When he must dress for his position, he wears his ceremonial Quincy outfit. This includes a blue hakama, a special tabi with a padded foot and metal plated tops, gloves that resemble archery hand guards, a white kosode, and a white shoulder cloak with his cross depicted on it int blue on his right arm. When in combat, he will remove his left arm from it's sleeve.
When combat calls, he dons his combat outfit. The outfit is very traditional in Quincy terms. He has a white shirt with a high collar and long sleeves, which opens at just about the belt and extends down to the mid thigh. Off the back of the shirt is a cape type piece that extends out the bottom. He also has a matching pair of white pants. Both the shirt and pants are embroidered with blue strips. He also wears a pair of white gloves. On his right shoulder is his shoulder cloak, white with his personal cross in blue. Opposite to it is a small, metal pauldron made from synthesized silver with a cross running around it. The cloak and pauldron are connected by a set of straps across the back and decorative chains in the front.
Cross: Here is Andrew's cross. Originally, it looked like a traditional cross, then gained diamonds at the ends after his first ranking. From then, it changed slowly over time to what it looks like now.
Bow Appearence: Here is the general shape of Andrew's bow. It is two meters from top to bottom, and has a much more azure colour than white. He normally fires it upright for aimed shots and sideways for quick shots.
Accessories: He has his glasses, cross, a cell phone, and wallet.
In combat, he carries various silver phials, sometimes a few Seele Schneider for shooting, and one Seele Schneider for protecting himself up close, kept in a holster to his left. This particular Seele Schneider is different in that it has a hand guard, a flat bar curving up at the ends. The blade, rather than a straight bar, is much wider and extends fairly straight, coming to a point closer to the top. With the blade produced, it resembles an old English Longsword.
Skills: Accuracy was his forte. With his bow, he could shoot the wings off a fly at 500 paces and it would still be living. He is good at keeping track of objects at extreme speed, even while dodging. His dodging is mainly a quick side step at the last moment, though he can be good at quick single movements. He can also imbue electricity into his arrows.
Bio: At a young age, Andrew was pushed to excel in school, which he did fairly well, especially in math. From there he went through college and became an architect. After that, he has designed some major buildings. One includes his house, which is a renovated temple in the middle of the city.
On the other side of his life, it was around middle school that he found his mother was a member of the Ishida clan. From here he researched about his past family. He eventually found another member of the clan and learned how to form his bow and studied behind his parent's back, who didn't want him to learn about it. They eventually found out and kicked him out. Luckily, he already had a good amount of skill in architecture and held a job and worked his way through college and the ranks of the Quincy, to take his master's place. Now that he has a place to call his own, he has dedicated his house to help train new Quincy that want to learn more, and even as a house for those that have been abandoned by their families. The front half is the living portion and the rear half, hidden from the outside, is used for training, including a small target range.
Over the years, little has happened. Only two new Quincy's had been found and recorded. They have both decided to follow the Quincy tradition and have trained under Andrew's stead for seven years now. He's began to act a little more strict, but still likes to make sure everyone is safe.
