Personality: Raz Tends to be to much of a smartass for his own good his mouth usually putting him in predicaments. Most of his humor is in in good fun, thou most find his dry wit humor offensive, he usually means it only in good fun. Thou he is a smartass he tends to also respect those with more power than himself, giving due respect to those that deserve it.

Physical Description: Raz stands taller than most of his fellow shinagami, his auburn hair and lean muscular body allow him to keep up his acrobatic fighting style easily. He always seems to be wearing shades and smoking a cigarette, not that they can kill a already "Dead" person.

Shikai:
Spirit/Inner world: In the inner world of Raz's takes the form of a endless graveyard with several thousand gravestones of varying Shapes and sizes. Snow falls around him as Ikatsui Inku sits on the highest gravestone, he sat there smiling as the shadows around him danced in the failing moonlight of the crescent moon in the sky. A book in the spirits hands held the names of everyone to die, How and when was all written in the "Ink of the Reaper." Upon closer inspections of all the gravestones, Raz's Name could be found on all of them with the date of his death either scratched out past any chance of reading or missing from the tombstones completely.
Weapon Form:The Blade begins to shift and bubble as it shifts into its new form, The Reaper Sword was formed. A dark liquid seems to slide off of the body of Raz pooling up underneath him.
Powers in detail/attacks:
Ink Form: Molding the Pool of "inks" around him, Raz can create several different Forms using Ranging anywhere from the mini Inku doll that's always seen following him to a Doppelganger of himself that only those specializing in Reiatsu Reading could tell the difference between himself and the Doppleganger. Using this power also allows him to manipulate his own skin pigments and clothing to match his surroundings, using this power takes up all of his ink in the shikai level.
Ink Weapons: Focusing his mind on the shapes of many scythe blades, and directing the image at a target, the pool of "Ink" begins to fly along the ground Reaper blades whipping up out of the pool of "ink" as it moves along the ground. the sink continues to dash towards the target with speed usually this is used as a distraction or can be used in traps. The Main Reaper Sword is just one example of these Ink Weapons. With this power Raz can have his weapon take the form of any melee weapon he has seen during his lifetime. This includes his opponents, thou he cannot mimic they're powers he can create a very believable Fake version of it.
*Note:The Ink that Raz uses is not always black ink, The color of the ink has no relation to its damaging ability, this only allows him to create more perfect copies of things*
**Note: The Volume of Ink at the Shikai level that I can control is only enough to make 1 Human Sized Doppelganger. **
Bankai:
Uttering the Single word: Bankai causes a amazing transformation of the ink, it begins to flow back onto Raz inverting the color of his clothing and the reaper-sword in his hand grows to be a giant scythe, it still retains its ability to change to other weapons but this is the most commonly seen and used in his bankai form. After this transformation finishes there is a sudden flare of Raz's reiatsu as more ink begins to pool under him, 9x more to work with than in his Shikai form.
Swarm of the Dopple-Reapers: By combining the original two abilities of his shikai, Raz creates 9 "Reaper" clones that act with intelligence and can perform coordinated attacks together.
Reaper, Deus Ex Machina: By using all of the ink that would normally allow him to create 9 dopple-reapers, Instead Raz uses it all to created a Massive Clone of his Spirit that has to be directly controlled by his own actions.
Reap the world, Ikatsui Inku: This final form of his bankai is a last ditch effort put forth by Raz to finish the fight, All the ink refocus around Raz's body allowing him to form a Cloak around him made of the ink. The Cloak made of ink around his body tends to shoot out appendages to block most blade attacks and allows him to take less damage from most kido/explosions.
*Note:Reap the world, Ikatsui Inku cannot be held for longer than 4 posts before breaking apart and cannot be used for 10 posts after it breaks apart.*

1. Restrain (塞, sai?)-Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
4. Crawling Rope (這縄, hainawa?)[7] — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
8. Repulse (斥, seki) - Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it
9. Strike (撃, geki?)[8] — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Incantation: Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat! (自壊せよロンダニーニの黒犬！！ ; 一読し・焼き払い・自ら喉を掻き 切るがいい！！)
12. Fushibi: A net formed from an attachment point on the caster, can be small or large depending ong the reiatsu force behind it.
26. Curving Light (曲光, kyakko) - Hides the target from sight, presumably by bending light.[4]
30. Beak-Stab Triple Beam (嘴突三閃, Shitotsu Sansen) - Shoots three beams of light that pin the target to one place on a surface, slamming into his/her body in three places in a shape of a perfect triangle.[5]
37. Suspending Star (吊星, tsuriboshi) - Creates a star-shaped cushion of Spiritual Energy, which anchors it to nearby objects with "ropes" of spirit particles. It can stop falling objects, acting like a safety net.[6]
39. Arc Shield (円閘扇, enkosen?) — Summons a shield of energy to block opponents' attacks. [10]
61. Six Rods Prison of Light (六杖光牢, rikujōkōrō?)[12] — Summons six thin, but wide, beams of light that slam into a target's midsection, holding them in place. Referred to as "Six Rod Light Restraint" in the English manga and "Six Bars of Light" in some of the games.

62. Hundred Stepped Rails (百歩欄干, hyapporankan?)[13] — A rod formed of energy is thrown towards the target before it disintegrates into numerous short rods which are used to pin the target to the surroundings and render them immobile.
63. Winding Binding Chain (鎖条鎖縛, sajō sabaku?) — The target is wrapped from the neck down in a thick chain.

1. Thrust (衝, shō?)[19] — Pushes the target away from the caster.
4. White Lightning (白雷, byakurai?)[20] — Fires a concentrated bolt of white lightning from the caster's forefinger.
11. Tsuzuri Raiden: Imbues and object with an electrical current. The technique was used by Hisagi Shuuhei, by allowing the kidou to travel up the chain of his zanpakutou, Shinikaze.
31. Shot of Red Fire (赤火砲, shakkahō?, Red Flame Cannon in the English dub)[21] — Fires a ball of red fire at a target.

33. Blue Fire, Crash Down (蒼火墜, sōkatsui?, Pale Fire Crash in the English dub)[22] — Fires a column of blue fire at a target in a similar manner to 31, but over a wider area and with more power.

Truth and temperance, Upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws![18] In the English dub, it is read as "Ruler, the mask of blood and flesh, all things in the universe that fly, that which names all! 54. Abolishing Flames (廃炎, haien?)[23] — Fires a blast of purple fire that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.
58. Orchid Sky (闐嵐, tenran) - A widening tornado-like blast is fired towards the target.
63. Thunder Roar Cannon (雷吼炮, raikōhō?)[25] — Fires a massive wave of yellow lightning at a target.
Incantation: Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle! (散在する獣の骨！尖塔・紅晶・鋼 ;鉄の車輪 動けば風 止まれば空 槍打つ音色が虚城に満ちる！)

Shunpo
White Crawl (白伏, hakufuku?)[29] — Although not seen actually using it, Momo Hinamori apparently uses this spell while imprisoned to knock out a guard and destroy everything within a certain radius of herself. The anime suggests that it is a binding spell, but doesn't number it.
Mirror Door (鏡門, kyōmon?)[30] — Tōshirō Hitsugaya used this to seal Momo Hinamori's hospital room. It creates a glass-like barrier which is difficult to break from the outside, but quite simple to break from the inside.
Skills: A photographic memory, very good at reading body language, and very Athletic.
Bio: Raz was born during the middle ages in Europe, he was raised as a serf upon a Lord's land. His parents wanted a better life for him as he became older he showed promising intelligence. His family was the grain workers, of the land. As he aged he escaped his servitude escaping to the east he moved through asia learning to fight and earning wealth until he was killed in a bandit ambush. Afterwords he lingered the area of his death, until a Soul reaper found him sitting atop a hill overlooking one of the more prominent villages.
After arriving in Soul Society he set to work to finding odd jobs where he could trying to gain admission to the Shinagami Academy. He found that he wanted to continue to aspire to do more with his after-life. Since then he has moved up the ranks of his division through his own tactical mind and the know how he had learned during his life.
