There are some VERY easy recipes and cooking methods here. These videos feature someone preparing each item with step-by-step instructions, simple language (which is great if English isn't your first language), simple and common kitchen tools and ingredients. I know someone who couldn't even make a grilled cheese sandwich a couple of months ago, who is now cooking proper meals for herself and her daughter. You can do this!

I have a easy recipe that seems fancy but is not. Ranch flavored Deviled Eggs. Boil some eggs until fully cooked. Let cool and de-shell. Cut the eggs in half and gently take out the yellow center and put in a bowl. Add enough light ranch dressing(if you use regular ranch dressing the flavor will be too strong)and mix to make the yolks slightly creamy. You do not have to pipe the egg mixture in the eggs you can just spoon some into the white part of the egg. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with a small sprig of fresh chive.

One of my favorite recipes (and what I'm making for dinner tonight!) is:
BBQ Chicken Pizza
One can or ball of refrigerated pizza dough 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up 1/4 c. BBQ sauce (I like Jack Daniels' hickory and brown sugar) 1 c. shredded cheese blend (I like cheddar and monterey jack - comes in a bag) Fresh cilantro, to taste
If you have a Trader Joe's or Fresh and Easy near you, their pizza dough is the best. And super-cheap! I like the whole-wheat dough, too. If not, Pillsbury canned dough will suffice.
Preheat oven to temperature indicated on dough.
1. stretch the dough out in/on your pan to desired size (rolling it in cornmeal a little also helps with handling. That's how Dominos does it!)
2. pour BBQ sauce and spread across dough.
3. Place chicken on dough. Just drop the pieces all over
4. *Cover with cheese. (*If you add cilantro, just tear it up and sprinkle as much as you want on the pizza)
5. Bake as directed on dough package. (usually about 10 minutes or so at 375/400)
6. Cut and enjoy!

If you love pasta, this is one of my favorite, and is easy to make. Saute some olive oil with garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Pour that on top of cooked pasta (any pasta will do, but my favorite is over penne or fettuccine noodles) and it tastes great. Easy and quick to make!
Another pasta dish I love:
Penne noodles Sausage Mozzerella Cheese Spaghetti Sauce (Bertolli is the best!)
Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the pasta in a skillet over the stove. In another dish cook the sausage until done. Once the pasta and sausage are done, combine them together in a heat proof dish, stirring in the spaghetti sauce. Add the mozzerella cheese on top. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or so, or until the cheese is fully melted.

German Pancakes (what my Mom calls em) You will need (no measurements are set due to portions): Flour Water 2 eggs Black pepper Seasoning Salt Onion and garlic powder Tomato Puree or sauce ( Seasoning wont be needed) Ham Favorite Cheese
Cut cheese and ham into small cubes and place aside.
In a bowl add: flour, seasoning, eggs and some water. Mix together but add little water till the mixture is creamy. Butter or oil a pan lightly and heat on medium and wipe any extra oil up with a paper towel. Pour a laddle full (I would say a small laddle) and spread the mixture across the pan. the thinner it is the better. Flip it when it is a darker color. Once flipped, place on one side the cut ham and cheese and the other side the tomato puree or sauce, then fold in half then keep cooking till one side is cooked then flip and repeat.
Its really good and you can store the mixture.
Also if you have left over pancakes and no sauce or cheese, you can cut them into srtips and add it to soup. XD

Poor Man's Pizza
2 slices of bread 2 - 4 Tablespoons of your favorite pasta sauce 12 - 16 slices of pepperoni 2 sticks of string cheese
Turn on your broiler in your oven. Take your bread and toast it. Add 1 - 2 Tablespoons of pasta sauce on each slice of bread. Take the pre-sliced pepperoni and place it on each slice of bread. Slice or pull apart the string cheese and place it on top each slice of bread. Place pizzas on a baking sheet and put them in the top rack of your oven, under the broiler. Watch the pizzas and make sure you don't burn them. Cook for 30 seconds, or until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Fried Chicken, All you basically have to do is by Chicken wings (or legs) and get some flour/ dough or powder in some sort and roll them in it. * Be sure to dip in egg wash first so the flour will stick. and just fry it!

Mushroom soup chicken is really easy and yummy.
All you need is chicken breast, a can or two of mushroom soup depending on how much chicken you are making, some fresh mushrooms/ canned ( optional) and something to make with it, i like rice with it.
preheat oven to 350.
line the pan with tin foil
put chicken in
make the soup, then pour it over the chicken
drain the canned mushrooms or wash the fresh ones then poor them over the chicken and soup mix
salt and pepper on top of it all
cover top of pan with tin foil
cook for an hour and 15 mins or so , then check it, cut it open to make sure its cooked, if not keep it in for a little while longer.
then its done, yummy.
