For some, introductions have already been made.
For new people coming into the guild, here is a thread where you can give an intro with as many or as few details as you would like.
Have fun.

Since I haven't posted here as of yet, i decided I may as well introduce myself.
Hello, I'm Mahia. Some of you might know me from M&R. I started the Mormon FAQs thread, but I never go there anymore.
I've only lived in Utah for a little over a month (I moved in with Keene and Dark), but I've been greatly affected in many ways. Lets just say there's quite a bit of culture shock, even for some who's been in the church all her life. gonk

Konichiwa *bows*
Ok not Japanese, but I am writing this from my jap class hehe. I have lived in Utah for half of my life and have had to help many of my friends adjust to 'happy valley-ism" and they aren't even LDS. Poor guys. Other info, I love anime and DemiGoddessHalfDemon is my sister, not by blood but because we said so! =^_^=

hmm...that makes three people here who do not know me. figure I may as well Introduce myself, being Captain and all.
*stands*
Watashi wa Se Ga Takai, no name wa Brian desu. Douzo yuroushko Onegai Shimasu 3nodding
And...that's about all the Jinko Shoukai I can remember from High School. sweatdrop
For those who understand any Japanese, my Name suits me well, seeing as I'm 6'8". My life is a lesson, I only see life on earth for the value in experience it gives me, as every day, every moment, is a valuable lesson, your past is there to prepare you for your future. I have many lessons in life, I've fallen, alot, especially since I take the FlyBoy approach to everything of "Hey that looks cool let's do it!". This has led to many foolish decisions, I flew into an engagement with a woman I knew for less than a month, traded a classic Mach 1 'Stang for a newer and Shinier one, lost newer and shinier 'Stang and now drive's a Vegetable Oil Rice-Rocket. Said Rice-Rocket has habits of blowing GT 'Stangs away on the Tarmac, though, so it's all good wink
My blood type is Type-O, that's Type-Octane 113, for those who ask, which I inherited rom my Father. I am a third Generation Mechanic, One Month away from gaining ASE Certification and starting $30k annual pay. whee
Until then, I'm a rep for Kodak at Best Buy, I sit there, snap photos of people, print them out, and show them that Kodak is superior Product. So far so good.
I met the majority of the people here(Dark, Keene, Mahia, DgHd) in M&R Subforum, in the multiple Mormons Discussion threads. Houshou is a long time friend of mine who brought me to Gaia, Mitoson and Ahz Mahndoss are also friends, though one is on his mission until December, and the other either lost interest in Gaia...or simply doesn't have teh time. Maybe if one of the cute Chixxors here chatted him up, he'd come back. wink
Oh, I go to Dixie State College, I'm a Sophomore, I'm a grand total of 12 credits short of my Associates in Sciences, and hella far away from my Masters in Engineering End Goal(Which will require a great deal of University hopping) gonk

University hopping is going to be fun, Brian. I wish you the vitality to survive it. wink But since you're at Dixie with Demigoddess you're going to have to bear with the evils of ' happy valley-ism' a bit longer. Ick. Isms are bad. Anyway, I'm Minako to all of the new peoples like me! 3nodding

I turned a bit soft after I moved to Utah, I haven't even been into a fight since I was in the eigth Grade, which is a hella big change from getting my a** beat down on a daily Basis back home xp And, I don't think "Happy valley-ism" is a proper word for southern Utah. From what I can understand from Demigoddess, Provo is far better than St. George, and that's the populated area. To give you an idea, she can't wait to go back to Prove, so she can get the hell outta here. I guess I win bitching rights, then 3nodding

Hello. My name is Chris. I'm a Ex-Mormon-Smoking-Alcoholic-a*****e.
*HI CHRIS*
I first became an Ex-Mormon after I told the bishop I masturbated and he still wanted me to pass the sacrement. *snicker snicker*
*THATS INTERESTING CHRIS*
I'm on my way to recovery though, I was able to flip three people off last week. I'm working upto six this week. I also managed to take the lords name in vain infront of my mom.
*WELCOME SAINT CHRISTOPHER*

Miss Cherie Awww... Takai, I'm not on your list.
"My list"? One major list *I* have is my s**t list, only three people on it, and I like you. Friendslist, I'll ad you right now. Yahoo, I tried adding you yesterday. Did you get the IM I sent? And Welcome, Chris. What area are you in? Would it be safe to assume the area around Pleasant Grove, seeing as you're a new account and Darks the only other person with permissions to invite and accept Members? wink

Since I hadn't posted, I figured I would introduce myself and maybe do something drastic like become active in this guild.
I am Sakerra, both online and offline. I live in South Jordan and I am 14 years old. Up until about the past year, I really enjoyed living in Utah and planned on living here my whole life. Then I realized a few things and now I feel like I am suffocating here and can't wait to get out. I come from a big family (surprise) and personally, I can't stand family gatherings, but hey, I am the weird one apparently.

Heh heh heh. Hi. I'm Jo.Dark, and I live in Cache Valley. In Hyrum. I have no idea how you would type the local pronunciation, though. Haarm, or something. I am rather tired of living under Mormon rule, being discriminated against for wearing all black, and such. But anyway. At least I haven't been shot. Well, I'm sixteen, at home sick with bronchitis currently. I'll try not to cough on anyone.

Greetings; I live down (or up) in South Jordan, unfortunately, and am more than pleased with the fact this guild exists. I can't stand bias, and Utah is full of it. I admit that I have my own "tolerable section of Utah", however, and that is - simply put - the Bingham High Debate team. Who can argue with victories? ninja Sky ninja
