Built over a thousand years ago by the Ancient Elementalists, it's location has always remained a closely guarded secret. The first elementals built the city in order to practice the techniques in peace. Soon after the elementalists became known the city was abandoned. Due to the former residents practicing constantly the area is basked with abundant amounts of elemental energy. Elementalists who know of the cities location often seek to live there and train in peace. Paradise City is one of the few places Haze could not conquer. Haze cannot enter the city without absorbing the energy and dying from overload.
