I'm Not sure what gauge to go with :l i kinda want 2g but or 0g or 00g want them to look big but not to big.
And it will be awesome if someone could tell me if 00 will fill back up.

Fill back up = heal? If so, from 00g I've never seen it happen. I doubt it will heal. I mean, I really wouldn't go there if you're not looking for permanent results.
I felt like my ears were at a nice median with not being huge but satisfying at 5/8".
If you could post some pictures I could give you a better estimate on what you want.

2ga is a good size.
I actually JUST stretched up from there.
I loved 2ga :3
But 0ga is also nice~
The nicer plugs start appearing in 2ga and Up.

I had to take my 0g out for work 2 years ago. I though they shrank back and you couldn't tell I ever had my ears gauged, but when I got a new job this month I was able to wear earrings again, I decided to start with a 14g and with in a week with those, I could pop in my 4 gauge plugs. I manages to put some new 2g plugs in tonight.... I guess if you want them to shrink back, I wouldn't go over a 2g. For some people that's even pushing it.

It kind of depends on the person, but there is a point where they wont go back.
I'm at a 00, but if I take the plugs out for more than an hour or so, its a tight fit getting them back in. I'm a really good healer, so i'm not worried about mine shrinking back up later,

I'm almost at a 1/2" and I personally think that's a nice size. It's big enough for people to notice if they look enough, but if people don't pay attention, they don't make a fuss. And it's usually not as much of a fuss as say 1" XD
and generally people say 00ga is the fabled "point of no return", but you really should consider any size to be permanent, because there's absolutely no guarantee anywhere that you'll go back down to 18ga.
