my jutsu turns the person into thinking they are dying and going into an exscrutiating pain and they are so traumatized that they die its calle tsuku yohamaga un

My Blood-line Allows me to control liquids from water to blood. I am them able to harden them into making them flexible, sharp, hard, even hevy. I can make them into whatever I want. My Super jutsu alows me to take blood from those around me and make it into poisin and then injext it into others alowing me to kill them,or control them. It only works for a certain amount of time though. neutral
