Talents :: Nikka has a knack for languages, and is also a long distance runner.
Flaws/Weaknesses :: Nikka, being a lightning elementist, cannot swim or be in the water for more than five minutes. If she is, she risks electrocuting anyone else in the water. She is also sensitive, and always thinks worse about herself than she should. She doesn’t want to do anything to herself, however.
Personality :: Nikka is sensitive, but hides it well under her mask. She bottles her darker emotions and actions (hate, sadness, tears) inside until she pops and just cries. This doesn’t happen often, so she is usually a teenager who hates to see others in pain. As she is sensitive, she can tell when others are in pain and know when to back off. When she gets excited, she talks with her hands. Being Italian, she is fairly stubborn.
Background :: Nikka was a classic orphan, left on the orphanage steps with a note carrying only a single word. ‘Nikka’ was that word, and so that was her name. Nikka was brought into the orphanage and raised there, mostly under the charge of girls only thirteen. When Nikka was six, the orphanage came under new management, this time a man named Mark Tolatvia. Unknown to the past manager, Mr. Tolatvia had a sick interest in young girls. Over the course of two months, Mr. Tolatvia had molested all the girls over seven. When he attempted to molest Nikka, she freaked out and electrocuted him to death. Nikka, shocked (figuratively), forgot the whole incident.
Nikka was adopted two years later, when she was eight years old by a rich barren couple. As a celebration, she was brought to the beach. She didn’t like it but didn’t want to hurt the couple, so she obliged them by swimming. After being in the water for six minutes, she started to scream. Alarmed, the couple ran into the water and were electrocuted to death. The authorities declared it a ‘fatal accident with one survivor’ and Nikka was sent back to the orphanage.
When she was thirteen, she was adopted by an elderly Italian couple. Although strict, they were good to her. She had a good life, and was slowly making friends. But when she turned 16, her sleeping power woke up. She could control it, but she was afraid. They tried to deal with it, but found it difficult.
The day after her 17th birthday, she received a letter about Rikku's Academy for the Dangerously Gifted. Realizing that she had to be able to control her power, she decided to go. Her parents agreed with her, and are hoping for the best.

After that you can post your profile in the character profile subforum just put your name in the subject and also put the gray faction next to your name.

However, he likes to know people too well sometimes, and will go too far in to someone elses' problems. This has lead to him being hurt by some of the people he had put the most trust in or had the deepest feelings for. As a result, he is often torn between a deep seeded desire to know people, and a fear of being hurt again. Personality :: Easy going and usually approachable, Ryu loves to be social. When he is not in class or preparing, he can usually be found chatting with other teachers or students. He is quick to assist someone with a problem, school related or otherwise. He loves to eat Teppanyaki, and loves training his mind and body, a product of his years studying martial arts growing up. Background :: Ryu found out from a very young age that he was special. He would see an image in his mind, and then he could make the image appear around him, and for others to see. His parents were troubled by his gift, but loved him dearly. The Japanese government, however, was more than just troubled. Just before the government decided to take him, Ryu's parents made a discovery that saved his life. As customary in Japanese schools, Ryu had to choose to take a martial arts or gymnastics class in school, and he chose Kendo. Through the immense discipline and focus required in this art, Ryu began to gain control over his ability to create illusions. His parents realized that the more he focused on something, the easier it was for him to control his abilities. By the time he graduated high school, the powers were completely controllable. The government allowed him to remain at home, but kept a close watch on him. Ryu's love for people led him to discover Rikku's school. He decided to apply to be a teacher and give the students the chance to control their gifts like he was. Appearance :: Ryu has a slender but toned build. He has icy blue eyes, and his blue Hair spikes up and forward in the front, coming to just below the nape of his neck in the back. He wears a loose fitting open white shirt over his light armor, consisting of a breastplate, spaulders, hip guard, reinforced boots, and bracers. His loose pants allow for movement and flexibility. He carries a Longsword on a hilt at his side.  Extra Info :: Ryu is a hopeless romantic as well, and is looking for his soul mate.

Flaws/Weaknesses :: Due to being in a psycheward, Leon is easily freaked out by having his arms immobilized and being forcibly put into dark rooms, in which he will soon begin to panic to the point of tearing. He is also vulnerable to fire attacks when he is using his metalic abilities as the flames heat causes the metal to burn Leons skin.
Personality :: Leon is a laid back, and pretty quiet person. It can take a lot to get him going when someone is pushing him as he usualy justs agrees with whatever others say about him, although he does have a breaking point where enough is enough. He is easy to get excited and when he does, he starts to talk more and smile a lot more. He can be an a*****e at times, usualy consistsing of him using a lot of sarcasm or making fun of people, or treating others as if they are stupid.
Background :: Leon inherited his metalic abilities from his father. He was a happy child who never got into any serious trouble. Just the same as most of the kids he hung out with. He lived with both of his parents, though he didn't see his mother much. She was an alcoholic and was frequently in and out of rehabilitation centers until she was finaly sent to the hospital where she later died. He was nine when this happened.
When he heard the news, he went from the happy child he once was to a shell of his former self. He went into a slump of depression. When he was 13, he went to the hospital that his mother died in and found the doctor who attempted to save his mother and attacked him. He drove a metal spink through his chest, puncturing his left lung, but not killing him. Security soon came and restrained Leon and from there he was sentenced to a psycheward where he was put in a straight jacket and put into a dark room for the first few days he was there. Ever since, he has hated being confined and being in total darkness for too long.
He was let out on good behavior and was sent home after six months in the institution when he was 14 years old. His home life after that was anything less than likeable. His father had become a drug addict and an alcoholic in a way to "cope" with his sons breif insanity. Leon knew enough to realize it wasn't a good idea to stay home. A few days later, something happened that he refered to as someone unknown saving him. He recieved a letter from the accademy stating that he had been accedpted. He has already spent one year at the accademy and he is returning for his second.

Background:: He wanders around the world helping others, his past is hidden for fear of being persecuted again by others and so he goes from place to place staying unconnected to others even though they become drawn to him for some odd reason he can't figure out. As a child he was cared for by kayo tsuki his adoptive mother who couldn't have children and was with him always teaching him how to live life to the fullest by helping others. Hakujou his real father was jealous of the boy for taking his wifes eyes from her husband and punnished him every day for little or no reason. he always told nushi this. "Sorry and thank you are for lover's and weaklings not children" nushi would take the scarring holding no scorn for his father until he used nushi's body to kill the woman he called mother kayo tsuki as she died bleeding in his arms a very young child possessed by the man he was born from for the rest of his life

Flaws/Weaknesses ::
One could say that Alex was a dramatic individual. A self-pitying loser on the inside who always has conflicting emotions and serious cases of hidden self-doubt. He has been told that he would make a great actor if he would exit his "shell"...though he doesn't really comprehend what that means. One could also say he was dense...then again aren't all boys his age?
Personality ::
Alex is a kind sort...or so it would seem. He puts on a, rather finely-polished, "mask", of sorts, when he is in public. Depending on the people he is "hanging" with, his personality seems to range anywhere from perverted troublemaker to hard-working saint. One could say that Alex was all of these things...if someone were to get close enough to him to prove it.
Background ::
Bad luck has always seemed to follow Alex. Perhaps it was his budding powers, or maybe god just hated him. The boy moved rather often, to keep up with his father's job, and seemed to be liked less and less by every set of students he encountered. Of course, this could have still been attributed to his powers but, we'll get to that later. Realizing this trend, Alexander closed himself off from the other students. Of course, this didn't help at all. As the boy developed a pessimistic attitude on life, the downward spiral seemed to continue itself. Of course, by the time he had received the admission letter to the academy, he had all-but shut out ideas of ever making "friends" or even having fun in the world. Then he experienced his freshmen year in gray faction.
Sure, it started out like any other school. The boy was shunned and beaten by his peers, mostly red faction with that last part though. Just when all hope had seemed lost, Alex stumbled, quite literally, into the stage/drama class and found, what could possibly be called, the two things that changed his life for the better. The first being, of course, acting. Being able to become somebody else, even for a short instant, thrilled the boy and, oddly enough, the audience as well. He was going to question why he had a "knack" for such things when the second thing came into his life. A senior-girl by the name of Naomi greeted him with, literal, open arms when he decided to join the class. She was, on paper, the direct opposite of Alex in every way, shape, and form. It so happened that she was the leader of drama club at the time and, luckily enough, held the power to identify other powers. She explained to Alex that his power was that of emotion manipulation and that, as it was said, was why his problems seemed to get worse the more he distanced himself from others. With a hearty slap-on-the-back, she walked Alex through the "ropes" of the both class and school life, where he learned to gain respect of his peers and himself. That year seemed to last forever...though, it was still just a year. The boy was forced to say goodbye to his first, true, teacher and friend. He walks into his sophmore year with a similar optimism to that of the girl. Of course, with his talent, he could just be acting.

-Only joined track and field because he became irritated of classes filled with people from the red faction.
-His hair is naturally white...though his roots seem to have a brownish tint to them.
-Despite being able to control emotions, Alex lies and says that his power is power identification. He does this so that no faction will try and get him to join.
-Coupled with the last one, because of Naomi, Alex takes pride in remaining in the gray faction.

That's very nice Pheso the only thing I need changed is Naomi, she can't be called a faction leader because her ability is not a 5th level ability. So change her to maybe the gray faction leaders best friend or leader of the drama club or something, that might fit better.
