Its like a addiction. Its like you can never stop. It makes you feel good. The relief is amazing. All your troubles are gone. But when its over with. Just do it again. And again.

Going by how your descriptive poetry, I would say that you are feeling an addiction similar to what people feel when they are in a euphoric state while taking drugs.
Because it is in prose, I do not understand if it a question, a plea, or just poetry.
However if it is a plea or question... my advice is as follows.
When people are cutting their self because it "feels good" it can mean that there is a chemical imbalance in the brain. Either the physical act of cutting or the pain caused by cutting seems to be stimulating the pleasure zone of the brain, or it is stimulating an area of the brain which gives a euphoric feeling. It is similar to when people exercise. Exercising releases endorphins into the body, endorphins make you feel good. However... Endorphins are tricky. With exercise enough endorphins are released that they last for several hours (sometimes days) allowing the person to slowly come down from a natural high. Drugs induce chemicals into your body that give the sense of happiness, mellow, energy... whatever your "drug" is that you use. This is why people often times become addicted to drugs and crave more and can eventually put so much of the drug into the body that they over dose from trying to maintain the same level of "euphoria". Often times, people who cut find their selves in the same state of mind as someone who uses drugs to gain that euphoric state of mind. Cutting introduces endorphins into the body, but at a much smaller dosage, which means that the endorphins will leave the body quicker, and the "craving" will come back sooner.
People who are cutters are usually not suicidal. That is a big misconception. Yes they can be suicidal, but more often they are not. Usually the cutter is in search of that "euphoria" or an "escape".
Having said all of that now... If you are cutting yourself, I would suggest that you confide in a trustworthy adult. (If you are an adult, I don't mean just one of your friends who might be doing the same thing) I am talking about a counselor, teacher, a parent, a responsible friend... Someone who is not going to freak out on you, but will know how and when to get you help if you need it.
If you already feel that you need help, please do not hesitate to go to someone. There are numbers that you can call and talk to someone anonymously, and they can even find you free counseling in your area. Please visit my profile, I have a list (a very long and extensive list) of numbers that you can call. Or send me a PM and I will be glad to find a number for you, or to talk with you about whatever you want to talk about.
Love, Tama

I have had friends who cut and I'm going to advise you to try your hardest to stop. It doesn't affect only you. Your friends and family will get hurt as well. It's dangerous. No matter how much relief it may bring you, it's not worth it. Find a creative outlet for your emotion. You seem to have a talent for poetry. If you feel the urge to cut, write a descriptive poem of how you would do it. But please, don't injure yourself. For your sake, and for the sake of those who love you.

Is it really relief or an excuse to get away from emotions?
