Since the sun curves space-time like a boiling ball would cause a dip in the fabric stretched over the frame of a trampoline, would the orbital plane of the outer planets be inclined at a higher degree than the small terrestrial planets of the inner solar system? If the dimple in the fabric of space-time caused by the sun gets bent deeper and deeper as you get closer to the sun is the orbital plane of the Jovian planets slightly higher up than Mercury Earth Venus and Mars?

Not necessarily. Because space is curved the "dimple" is leveled out along the curve meaning the Jovian planets are on a straight line with Sol.
