6th Division -- Strategy and Tactics
The 6th Division are forever students of the art of war. We do not excel in any physical combat skill, instead focusing on the mental part, putting to use all of the skills we have. If one of us is weak in one skill, they will know how to make up that weakness with a strength in another skill. In a team, the whole shall be greater than the sum of its parts, as while some members may be weaker and others stronger, the combined tactical minds will create a smoother strategy that will make any single member's weakness quite irrelevant.
Tactics requires thought and planning to go into one's attacks (read: posts), with thoughts not just on what one is doing, but what one wishes to do by performing such an action. While this may seem like a squad less geared toward combat, it should be quite obvious what the best test of strategy is - the battlefield. Sparring will obviously be commonplace in order to test strategies, as well as to test performance in certain conditions.
Also remember to keep your strategy neat and easy to follow in case other members of the squad or the Soul Society wish to build on it. Spelling and grammar could mean the difference between a wonderful, unbeatable (for now) strategy, and a sloppy strategy that even a kamikaze artist could tear apart in seconds. Lack of description could also cause confusion, and confusion is not what we want in our ranks - that's for the enemy.
Our duty is simple: to make sure we win, and our enemies lose. No ifs, ands, or buts. We are to create a winning strategy to defeat our enemies, whoever those enemies may be.
