This thread will be used to communicate the whole of the plans we have for you as members of Stars in the Sky. The use of this is for there to be full, complete, and unbiased disclosure of the business of the guild. This is YOUR guild. You have a right to know what we as leaders do.
Please, no posts other than those made by the GVCs and myself. I'd like to keep this thread dedicated to it's purpose. If you'd like to discuss anything said here, feel free to do so in the OOC subforum.

My fellow Gaians; I come before you today to make known to you the business that we, as guild crew, conduct for your sake. It is through this monthly message that all goings on will be communicated to you, because you have a right to know! This is as much your guild as it is ours, and you have every right to agree or disagree with us!
This is what makes our community great, this openness. If we have made a decision you think is a bad idea, please tell us. We will explain our actions and thoughts, and you may do the same. In the end, we'll come to an understanding about the direction we will take this guild. No idea is too small, too insignificant to voice! From here, I make an oath...
I, as Guild Captain, swear before all of you to do what is necessary to make Stars in the Sky a fantastic place to be, where you will be happy to say 'I am a member'.
Now, I would like to make you all aware of a plot that will be taking place upon the return of the captains from Hueco Mundo. Havok Kuchiki, the Squad 1 captain, will be poisoned, and it will be up to several squad members to return to Hueco Mundo to find the cure. More details will be developing soon. PM She_Breaths_Fire for more details on that.
Currently, there is a rave going on at the Jade Flower on the front page. Come on in if you're looking for good food, good friends, and a good time!
Squad 11 will also be going to earth soon for standard recon. Squad 11 members, be prepared for that!
Outside of those three things, there's nothing else going on. Don't worry, though: we'll keep you posted.

My fellow Gaians, I would like to, this month, extend a challenge to you: help to support the guild this month by participating in something! Go out and train, meet up with that pretty medical intern in Squad 4, socialize, go to Yomiko's restaurant. Do SOMETHING to enhance your RP experience. I know I've got several things in the making for this guild, things I'm sure you guys will enjoy, but I need you all to get active, get out there, and do a little preparation before I can introduce these plots.
Really, everyone, I say this only because I have good intentions. Please, understand where I'm coming from with this. If we don't have some active RPing, we'll never attract more members. If we don't attract members, we'll never have enough people for more involved plots. The fun you guys can have here is limited to what you're willing to do, so I encourage you all to do more! At the same time, I urge the crew to find someone to be involved with, to train, to just talk to. Get to know those you are commanding. Do something fun for your squad, for other squads, for anyone.
That said, there is one more challenge I'd like to extend: please, everyone, tell one person about this guild! More members can only improve your experiences here, and it's up to you to bring them in.
