Currentpaw was sitting outside the apprentice den, he was cleaning his pelt of moss and mud that clung to his fur. He was waiting for someone to wake up, so he could poissbly go on a hunting patrol, his mind kept thinking of the beatiful black she-cat of Thunderclan... He shook his head, determind to froget about her. He was trying to but his clan before himself and knew a love between clans was agaisnt the warrior code and his clan couldnt afford to lose him as an apprentice.

Shadpelt was already wake and sending out patrols when he spotted his son and purred amused "Currentpaw, arint there some elders you can tend to?" his ears flicked to the elders den "Get to work, then I want you to bring the queens some prey and water-soaked moss, this heat's really getting to them" he bowed his head and hurried towards his mate and other kits who where resting outside the ner. den.
Ivytail purred amused, as she wacthed her mate and older kit. She was so proud of him! Her eyes flickered to her mate who was heading her way, her ears flicked in greeting, Foxkit mewled "Daddy! Daddy!" he mewed, his orange fur standing out agaisnt his siblings darker pelts. Moonkit chased after him, her smooth gray fur was more like currentpaw's and her mothers, her blue eyes flashed with evil toughts of tackling her sibling. Duskkit was curled up next to snowkit, his calico fur mixed with her paler calico markings. Both where half asleep.

Currentpaw jumped into action, he rushed to help the elders with there bedings. He wondered what his father wanted to tell him but shook it off as he rolled one of the older elders moss into a bundle before he picked it up and carried it out of camp to dump and then find new moss, his mind was still on Shadowpaw.

Sharkpaw padded out of the apprentice den with her brother as they sat their and yawned a bit. Today was the first day of being an apprentice. (ah, should i make them kits first?) Sharkpaw swatted her brothers ear with her paw "Today we are apprentices and you cant be following me around like a little kit!" said Sharkpaw still trying to sound more like an adult then a kit.
Wavepaw glanced at his sister in shock "Ok! you diden't have to hit me!" he yowled and hit his sister back but she ducked.
"Your slow" she said giving him a glare.
Wavepaw sighed "How will you ever be nice to me again?" he asked.
Sharkpaw did not ansewer.

Leopardfoot stretched after he had finished his small mouse. He hadn't been very hungry but he knew that he had better eat to keep up his strength. Muscles rippled under his Leopard patterned fur. When he looked around the camp, he spotted his sister just emerging from the Apprentice's den, her coat clean and shining in the sun. He purred with pride.
Leafpaw stepped delicately out of her new den and pawed the ground as she walked around. She glanced over at her brother who, of course, was up before she. He was a good warrior who took his position seriously. She wanted nothing more than to be just as good as he, maybe even better. She wanted to make him proud. He was all that she had now that her parents had died because of her. She blinked away the memories and the tears and walked over to Sharkpaw and Wavepaw. "Morning, Wavepaw, Sharkpaw." She mewed, sitting down next to them.

Feathercloud watched in amusement as her kits bounded over to greet Leafpaw.
"Morning Leafpaw." Falconkit said as Petalkit waved her tail as a hello.
"Are you going to go out training today?" Dustykit asked.
"Can we come?" Brightkit chimed.

Leafpaw lifted one paw to her chest as the three kits attacked her with what seemed to be an endless number of questions. When they had finally finished, she smiled and crouched down. "I don't know what I'm doing today exactly." She purred and then looked up to Wavepaw and Sharkpaw. She returned her attention to the three kits. "And you know that you can't leave camp just yet." She flicked Brightkit's nose with the tip of her tail. "Be patient and enjoy your moons as a kit. You'll become apprentices soon enough." She assured.

Brightkit squealed and pawed at Leafpaw's tail.
"Ok, but you have to play with us when your done!" Dustykit said sticking her butt up in the air like she was about to pounce.
She leaped on Petalkit, who open her mouth in a silent squeak. She struggled, trying to get away from Dustykit, who was squishing her.

Leafpaw purred. She used her long legs to leap over Dustykit and Petalkit and when she landed behind them, took Dustykit's scruff gently into her mouth. She pulled her off and set him down beside her sister. "Not so rough!" She laughed.

Sprintstar padded out of his den. He saw Brightkit, Leafpaw, Dustykit, and Petalkit. He gently padded over to them and purred "Hello Leafpaw, kits. What are you up to?"

Petalkit angrily flicked her tail at Dustykit, hiding behind Flaconkit.

Sharkpaw and Wavepaw looked at Leafpaw "Hello" they both said at once.
Sharkpaw twitched uneasy "Hes coming" she meowed to her brother the two looked over at a young male tom cat padding towards them "Sharkpaw lets go you need to start trainning right away" he said glaring at the young she cat.
Sharkpaw gave him a glare back "whatever" she said twitching her tail at her brother as she padded the dark brown cat.
(im getting their profiles ready sweatdrop )
a young white she-cat came padding over to Wavepaw "are you ready for your trainning?" she asked with a purr.
Wavepaw purred back "yes" he jumped around exitedly.
Snowsky nodded to her leader and guided Wavepaw away from the group.
