Havok appeared in Time Square from the busy sidewalk. He was currently in his Gigai. "Vyxin, are you coming or not?" Havok laughed as he hurried past all the working people. "Imagine, all these people will eventually turn into spirits. Hopefully not at the same time though. That would be far too much work trying to send them to Soul Society." He looked into a window to see a small restaurant serving giant sandwiches. "Those look pretty good..."

Vyxin, also in her gigai, followed close behind. "I have never been in the United States before." She said, finally catching up with him. Looking in to see what he was talking about, she smiled. "Then let's go in and have some, shall we?" She said, grabbing his wrist and pulling him into the restaurant.

Being dragged in, a waiter immediately sat them at a booth. As Havok sat down, he quickly took a glance around the area and made sure he couldn't detect a hollow near by. Feeling nothing, he sat down and began to relax. "I will have whatever is the favorite of the shop, and a coke." Havok looked around at the people in the place and smiled "So many different people."

Vyxin sat down next to him. "I have some nachos and some tea." She said, giving the waiter a warm smile. After the waiter left, she turned to Havok. "Of cource there are many different people in here. America is very open." The waiter returned and sat Havoks coke infront of him, and water infront of her. Sipping some water, she relaxed herself.

"Don't need to snippy." Havok took a drink from his coke, ignoring the bothersome straw that resided in the cup. "I'm just saying it's been a while since I have seen so many people not trying to kill each other...openly." He laid his head back on the seat, allowing his tense shoulders to finally loosen up and release him from some of the petty pain he felt.

Vyxin turned her warm smile apon him. "I wasn't trying to seem that way." She said, also relaxing more. "I haven't been out like this since I was about eight." Sipping her water even more. "My father wouldn't allow it, after my mother was killed."

"He's lucky he wasn't my father. I could tell you right now, he couldn't of kept me in a house like that. I would of broken out so many times. Of coarse, I had to watch my father and mother die..." Havok sipped his drink, then set it down and looked up at the waiter. "Your food will be out in a moment."

Vyxin looked down at that moment. "I also watched both of mine die. Watching my father stab my mother to death and then my father dieing by my hands." Sipping her drink again, she sighed. A few seconds later, she looked at Havok and spoke. "Lets get off of this topic."

Havok looked down at his drink and sighed "My parents were trying to take me home. I had been gone for 3 years and they just wanted me to come home. I was involved with a gang, so they didn't like that idea too much. My father tried to force me into the car, but this guy I was hangin' with shot my father and mother executioner style. The fact is, I could of stopped him." The waiter set down a monster BLT in front of Havok and the Nachos in front of Vyxin. "Thank you."

Vyxin looked at him with a sad expression. When the waiter came, she looked down. "Thanks," She said before he left. She started eaching her nachos and sipped some water. "So why did you want to become a soul reaper?" Looking up at him with curiousity.

Havok took a giant bite of the sandwich. "I became a shinigami for a pretty simple reason. My adopted father was a Captain, so it was obvious that he was going to force me into it, but I wanted to do it for so long. It seemed like a lot of fun, ya know?" Taking another bite, he picked up a napkin and wiped away a small bit of mayo on his face.

Vyxin said nothing, she just ate her nachos. Thinking about everything that has happened. Finally after she was half done with them, she sipped some water. "So have you ever had anyone else in your life that made plans for you?" She said, taking another sip. "I was never out of the house, so I only really knew my mother and father."

"While I was with that gang, they pretty much ran my life." Havok finally finished the monster sandwich and patted his mouth with a napkin. "I promise not to keep you in a house and I promise not isolate you from the real world nor Soul Society." Havok smiled as he sipped his coke again. His gaze was finally relaxed as he looked over her, making sure nothing was wrong.

Vyxin finished her nachos and stood up. Leaving money on the table, she grabbed his wrist and pulled him out of the store. "We still have alot more fun to have, so lets not waist it. She said, pulling him out into the street. "Where do you want to go now?" Hand still on his wrist.

Havok smiled. He liked the fact that she was so much more open than she was before. "You're the deprived child, you get to pick." Looking around at the other people in the city, he realized that most of them looked unhappy. "So, where do YOU wanna go next?" Havok bumped his side onto hers, trying to get her to make up her mind.
