On the farthest northern outreaches of the Elven Forests of Tanisu, half a part, and half seperate from them, is the greatest and most prosperous city of the Eastern hemisphere. Towering spires of the ancient observatories, new and prosperous pallaces, museums, theatres, and a great central castle lend themselves to the city's glory. Here it can be seen: the magical power and beauty of Tanisu, radiating wisdom, prosperity, and peace to the world around it, influencing profoundly all those who enter.
The city is half mortal, half elven. The one side that is inside the elven forrest is dominated by art, nature, and culture, the strongest points of the elves. The mortal side is ruled by acedemics and progress, the strongest points of men. These two sides do not wage conflict against one another, nor do they exclude each other. For their wisdom, the elves gladly aid with their ancient knowledge, and men persue arts and culture from their peaceful companions.
It is a city of peace. It is a city of progress. It is a city of intrigue.

After finding the distortment in the air from the forest of elves, he waited.
He didn't want to go alone, so he closed his eyes and exploded into hundreds of feathers to go find the others.

The energy field bristled with static as a well built man casually stepped out of the disturbance and looked around. He stopped as he looked back towards the energy field and thought for a moment. Well that's curious, My portals have never opened at another portal before, I may still be able to get back. He walks back towards the energy field and pushes his hand against it; strangely nothing happens and the field obviously does not allow access back to where the man came from. Curiouser and curiouser.
The man stepped away from the energy field and began looking around the area again, beginning his scouting of the new world.
Edit: reply message, saving space((Nothing was clearly said in the thread here or in announcements so it is merely regarded as a location. As it happens it was a good location for my character to appear. If you really don't want my interferance then say so and I'll need to find another suitable location that would allow me access to this world.))
Final Edit, 28th Jan: Message concerning this post. ((Since Asriel seems opposed to me joining at this location and nobody has replied to me being there for 16 pages (Correct me if I'm wrong and tell me the page, I haven't read them all) I am cancelling this RP post and I'm going to find somewhere else to enter Galen. I will leave it here for future reference if something crops up.))

Asriel returned, he decided he'd go alone. He caustioly stepped into the portal revealing A small city which was somewhat fimillar to him. It was where Asriel was born. This is what he had been looking for after all these years!
Mages in robes where walking everywhere casting a few spells here and thier to help with whatever they were doing. There were many huts made of some sort of magical material that was unknown. Beond all the Huts and such was a grand castle were mages dressed in a differnt kind of robe, Red shining robes, were pacing around. They were gaurds of the castle which did not let anyone in the castle without a summoning from the king or queen, they were armed with heavy magic and broad swords. This was the Hidden City of Magus, where most mages originated from...

Asriel couldn't believe it! He finally found his home. He walked slowly towards the castle, remembering the stories his grandfather told him before he died. As Asriel walked, the mages he passed stared at him. At one point the whole village became silent and all you could hear was whispers and murmurs as he walked.
Asriel apporoached the castle gates where two guards stood. "Halt!" One of them barked "What bussniess do you have, outsider!". Asrielbowed a bit and spoke clearly "M-my name is Asriel Icygo and I--" He stopped because he heard people start to gasp and whisper. "Asriel?! Please....wait were M'lord...I'll go summon the queen" Said the other guard as he ran off into the castle with his robe dragging behind
He returned with a woman following him, she was a bit old, wearing a emerald green robe that shinned brightly as if it had diamonds embedded in it. "Thou say you are Asriel Icygo?! Then prove it!" She said as she approached Asriel. Asriel couldn't move, all he could do is stand there, not knowing at all how to prove it. "So...You have wasted my time...Gaurds! EXICUTE HIM!" The queen shrieked as she backed away and watched 4 guards unseath thier swords and ready to attack Asriel.
Asriel didn't want to fight them so he just dodged thier attacks until at one point he pulled his sword out and fought back. A few muinutes after Asriel pulled out his sword he was binded by Magic and had all the four sowrds against his neck, the guards pulled thier swords back and were about to strike his neck until the queen ordered "CESE THIS AT ONCE!" the guards lowered thier swords, Asriel was relived that he would live. The queen once again apporached Asriel. "Where did you get this sword? And where did you learn your fighting technqie?" She ask calmly.
Asriel spoke softly, from being worn out "...I got it from my grandfather...Selyram..." At that instant the queen snapped her fingers and the binding spell was gone and Asriel could move again "Selyram?! That was my fathers name...then...you are who you say you are..." She paused and spoke again "Come then Asriel...we have much to discuss..." She turned around towards the castle and stoped for a brief moment as a tear of happiness rolled down her cheek "Come, my son She whispered to herself as she then walked towards the castle and Asriel, obendently, Followed her in.

Within the castle, inside a medium sized room; fit for conversation, Asriel and the queen talked for awhile. "Asriel, you do know you are hier to the throne, Are you willing to take it?" This was so sudden for Asriel. He didn't know what to say. "If you don't want to I'll understand...but you are the last of the Royal family..." She said, a bit concerend. Asriel looked at her stright in the eyes "...I'll do it...It's been there for me all my life...it's my duty to take the throne." At this instant the queen jumped up with glee "Oh then we MUST get started then!" She clapped her hands and two maids came with clothing for Asriel and started to undress him. " eek Hey! Whoa! I can dress myself!" The maids backed away. The queen laughed a bit "Well of course...but..I'd rather dress you myself..." Asriel was confused. What did she mean?
With a snap of the queen's fingers Asriel was suddenly formaly dressed in an emerald green robe with red lining. She smiled at Asriel warmly "You look just like your father... She stopped in mid-sentence and wiped her eye from a tear "To the inataion platform..." she cired. Asriel was dragged to a stage in the middle of the village. All the villagers were waiting to see what would happen.
Asriel was happy to take the throne, yet he looked a bit sad, he wished his friends from Galen where there to see him, well...that wasn't the only reason...

The Queen stepped to the platform addressing her subjects. "Welcome my loyal subjects of Magus! Today is a Wonderful day! The day that our dear Asriel has returned to us from the disaster of Demons to take the throne! The crowed cheered and Asriel sat in a seat waiting and watching everyone

He said as he knelt in respect "Send the outsider here then...we'll have Asriel take care of it as his first act" The queen said quitely The guard went back and where magicaly hoding art in the air. "Art!?!" Asriel excailmed
