A place where dragons can come and train in the ways of tranformation and magics. It is also the place to forge weapons with Dragonian Runes binded into the metal of there weapons.

Akira and the Dragon elders entered the Sanctum. "Let's begin." They placed the required materials in the Octogonian transmutation circle. "Let's check the materials: Omicronium, Fire runes, Scales of your true form, Handle of might. Their all here. Now let's begin." They started to chant as an orb of white light formed around the materials slowly binding them.

When it was finished the sword floated into Akira's hand. "It's finished. I shall call it The Legend." Akira said as Red lightning flowed though it. Time to join my friends." Akira opened a portal and walked though it.
