I feel that it is important to have a forum for sharing of knowledge, however at the same time, I feel it is also important to set a few ground rules and to make note of a few things first.

Some ground rules:
[x] Sharing information is essential to learning and growing, so I ask that while you are in this forum you do not insult, degrade, or otherwise argue with anyone here. If you don't agree with their methods of teaching (or learning) say so in a calm, polite manner if you must, but don't stick around and hassle them in their thread. Make your own with your view points and your tips, tricks, or advice, instead.

[x] If you want to make a thread, you must add a disclaimer to it. In example, if its one on herbs or healing, you must make a note in the top and bottom of your first post that you do not have a degree in medicine and your ways are not substitute for seeing a doctor in the case of a serious ill. (i.e. If someone has blood in their stools, they NEED to see a doctor, not drink a tea. There are so many things that could cause that, including ulcers, and there are some herbs that could only exacerbate that.)

[x] Speaking of possible side effects of herbs - if you're going to do a class on herbology, you must also include what the herb could have a bad interaction with, what its good to help with, but also what side effects it might give you. For example, if something is great at soothing a sore throat, but might make you drowsy...you need to tell us that.

[x] Try not to make a thread that says the exact same thing as another one. Instead, join in the discussion at that other thread. We don't need two threads that look the exact same with just a few variances. If your way of doing things is completely different, then feel free to make a thread of your own for it.

This post may be added to or changed as deemed necessary. The title will be changed with the date of the updates, so please read it when it gets changed. You will be held responsible for not following the rules, so the excuse, "I didn't know that" will not work.

Thread Title Tags:
