The PM tree is pretty much finished. I will keep an updated list both in the announcements forum, and one here which will have a bit more info. I have moved a few things around so it will fit better and people will have no more than 2 lines of names/2 PMs to send out. Naturally, as we get new members, it will be going to the people who have the least people. Once we all have 2 full lines of names (100 characters per line), I will either start giving another crew member people, or someone will start a 3rd line.
Keep in mind, there is currently a glitch with the member roster which means there may be a few people in the guild that I don't know about. I have PMed a dev and hopefully this will be dealt with soon.
PLEASE let me know if you have an issue with one of your people and they need to be moved to someone else. Or if you'll be unable to do this job so I can make arrangements - either on a temporary or permanent basis.
bold - on your friends list
Normal - people who never replied but are still active enough that they may yet show up...
italic - People who I don't expect to hear from due to inactivity and will likely be banning soon

Another question...
i was looking through the guild info as i was writing up the guild history post and I noticed that dndrules and Mockery were banned...
does anyone know why they were banned and moreso why they seem to still be here?

Okay, i'm hoping to kick this off within a week. I'm giving the non-responsive crew a week to get in touch (they've already had a week or more). I know that's not a lot of time, but as crew I do expect people to check in a bit more than normal members. Otherwise it can hold up projects.. like this.
After I get the crew straightened out, I will assign names to people.
I'm also having an issue with the guild members list. Anyone else notice that the last few pages seem to be repeated names? And when I do a specific search, sometimes it tells me a person is in the guild - and sometimes it says their not. (Hitoshi Hyuuga, for example!)

Huh? As far as I know, dndrules3 is not banned. She is the co-owner of my shop and although she usually isn't on because she is busy, I can still clearly see that she is online every once in a while. A couple days ago, we were sending PMs to each other.
So I'm pretty sure she is not banned.
I can add her to my list of people to PM, if you'd like.

I only wondered because I was reading the log of crew actions.

Suggestions on how to find out about a person:
If their PMs are off, try leaving a profile comment, or gifting some uber cheap item, (unsightly body hair anyone? I have like a million of them. lol) just to get the message to them. That way we can honestly say we tried everything we possibly could to get in touch. If their profile says so and so is their family or BFF - you can try asking that person if they still come on Gaia... but that may be going a bit far. lol.
Also remember that if you search their name on the friends page, it'll tell you their last log on date.

And, I know after easter we'll have some new people to assign also. So, you'll get some folks that way, ok? At least, thats how I thought it'd be fair...
