I'm actually trying to design a Planeswalker card off of myself. I based storyline off of when I started, and the decks I've played. I'm working on the art currently (I R A Painter biggrin ) but here's the stats thus far;
Diyon en-Vec 2GW
Planeswalker - Diyon
+1: Put two 1/1 green saproling creature tokens into play.
-4: Remove target Artifact, Enchantment, or Land from the Game.
-6: Put a, X/X green avatar creature token with trample into play, where X is the number of creatures in play.
Loyalty 3
I'm primarily a Token/ Big Stomy player, and I rarely build a deck that doesn't have a way to deal with non-creature permanents... though I didn't put "non-creature" because to remove a planeswalker sounds more WB than WG to me.

-2: Target creature gets -4/-4 until end of turn.
-7: Target opponent loses life equal to the total number creature cards in all graveyards. You gain life equal to the life lost this way.

I'm thinking of making a new mechanic. Its a kicker-esque effect as in you get a second ability if certain conditions are met. For example:
{card name} 1BB Sorcery Target player discards a card at random. ~ability-creature~ - If it was a creature card, that player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.
{card name} 2UU Instant Counter target spell. ~ability-creature~ - If it was a creature spell, return target creature to its owner's hand.
{card name} 1RR Instant Deal 2 damage to target creature. ~ability-white~ - If the creature was white, deal 3 damage to its controller.
Hmm...might call it backlash.
Insanity Dust 1UB Sorcery Target creature gets -5/-0 until end of turn. Backlash-Red If it was a red creature, its controller removes the top 5 cards of his or her library from the game.
Counter Intelligence 1UUU Enchantment Whenever an opponent would draw a card, that player reveals it instead. Backlash-Instant If it is an instant card, you may pay 3. If you do, remove it from the game.

I'm currently working on an entire set for Warcraft 3. Before I hear anything I am aware blizzard already has a TCG. It is based off World of Warcraft, and yes it is actually designed very well for a WORLD OF Warcraft game, but I believe that to capture the essence of the RTS that Warcraft 3 is, the magic build works much much better.
Anyways, I've been working on a few abilities that would translate from the WC3 game into a magic based TCG that would also work beyond just this set.
Bloodfrenzy - Effect
Bloodfrenzy activates when a creature on player takes any damage, and ends at the end of turn. The idea is for it to act simular to both bloodthirst and hellbent. Like bloodthirst it requires damage to activate, but the difference is that it isn't limited to +1/+1 counters and isn't limted to player damage, but like hellbent, it requires a prereq to activate and doesn't stay activated. An example in action
Horde Shaman 2RG Creature - Orc Shaman
Bloodfrenzy - ~ abilities can be activated for no mana cost.
RR, T: Inflict 3 damage to any creature being blocked or blocking target creature.
GG, T: Target creature has vigalence untill the end of turn.

Shadowmeld - While tapped this creature cannot be the target of spells or abilities. (This one doesn't really need an explination.)
Burrow - During your opponents turn you may choose which spells and abilities can target this creature, once a spell or ability is allowed to target this creature Burrow ends for the rest of the turn. (The idea is creatures with this ability are hiding underground, so when the are allowed to be targeted they are now above ground, so anything can then target them.)
Stoneskin X - Creature gets +0/+X while attacking or defending. (Kinda like bashido, but only increases toughness)
Repel (Basiclly negates trample)
These are the few I've come up with so far. Feedback much welcomed, other then anything about making a warcraft set being stupid. I've already set my mind to it.
