Ryu wondered the halls passing by and around students until he finally made his way to Rikku's office. He swore to himself he had passed this area a couple times and wondered if there was some sort of spell on it to keep unwanted visitors away. He walked slowly up and knocked on the door.

"Miss Rikku, are you here?"

"Thank you ma'am." Ryu walked inside the room and shut the door behind him. He sat down in the chair across the desk from her and held out his hand as a greeting. "I wanted to come by and thank you again in person for granting me this position. An opportunity to assist others like me is by far better than anything I could find out there." He pulled out a small folder from his briefcase and handed a small file folder to her.

He smiled, and nodded. "Yes, they are. I must admit, you are as good as they say." He chuckled a bit. "I wanted to request a class, and you will find the details inside with a lesson plan for Beginning Japanese. I also wanted your opinion on a contoured class. It is been my experience that when the students have a hand in what they are learning, they tend to respond a bit better. I wish to accomplish this by having each student submit one item they would like to have covered in the duration of the semester." He gave her a moment to look over the information and consider her request.

"I'll mind my thoughts, as well as my actions as much as I can manage ma'am" He chuckled a bit. "But yes, the policy is very clearly defined and I have no intention of disrupting what you have created here. As far as your niece, I assume you are referring to Jelena. I haven't had the opportunity to read the student profiles yet, but I don't believe I would have any issues with her ability if it is as you describe." He opened his mind with thoughts of his training, the intense focus and concentration required for him to control his own ability. "You see, I have to stay sharp at all times." He hears a bell ring out in the hallway. "Perhaps I should head to class?"

His smile and eyes showed a deep understanding and caring, though he withheld the urge to give her a hug. "I will do whatever I can mis..." He stopped the end of the sentence short, as he realized he did not know what name to refer to Rikku by. He intensely fought the urge to call her mistress given the seriousness of the last part of their conversation, but his good-humored nature almost got the better of him. "...I will do everything in my power to protect your niece. Please forgive me for being forward ma'am, but what name or title do you prefer to be called? I would not like to offend you or demean you in any way. And thank you for the tip on classes, I imagine it would not be fun for a teacher to show up on his first day and have no students."

He bowed and turned to walk out the door. "A mile? Wow... guess I really do need to watch what I'm thinking." He put a friendly hand on her shoulder as he walked out the door. "Thank you again Rikku, I will be sure to stop by and let you know." Ryu walked out the door and in to the hallway.

walking back into her office she closed and locked the door behind her, she didn't want to be bothered for awhile she needed some rest and then she was going to research on Jelene's power. She needed to help her in her own way and hopefully she could find the problem and solve it quickly. 'I owe it to her' she thought to herself. Opening the door that was behind her desk with her ability Rikku walked into her room and collapsed on her bed falling to sleep instantly.
