There are so many I love! I love them all, really...But I think my three favorites are:
1st Place: Mew!

2nd Place: Suicune!

3rd Place: This one is hard...maybe...well...I like the eeveelutions...I also adore Giratina, Rayquaza and Darkrai...The other cute legendaries like Celebi and Shaymin are up there, too...One of those...what is it? Thirteen? One of those thirteen pokemon are my third favorite.
