Do you like the genre? Dislike it?
What have you read?

I personally only like some of it.
I wasn't a fan of Brave New World but I did really enjoy 1984 and Oryx and Crake.

I'm in the middle of 1984 now. I'm really enjoying it.
As to others, I love Fahrenheit 451 but am so so on Brave New World. And V for Vendetta is freaking amazing. I'm refering to the graphic novel not the movei, though that is quite good as well. And on the topic of distopian films, Equilibrium is quite good. I haven't read any others that I can think of at the moment but I'm always up for new books.

{Lift me up, take me higher}
{You're love is my drug, and I'm an addict}

I've only seen the movie for V for Vendetta, but I loved it <3

I didn't like Brave New World all that much, I'm really sure why.

I HIGHLY suggest Oryx and Crake 3nodding

Must check that out. As to V for Vendetta, it's a rare creature. there were quite a few liberties taken with the adaptation so the movie and graphic novel are two very different things but they are both excellent.
