yes it is, me and someone else did it once, i think it was me and Chrono, I'm not sure, but i know it was one of you here, but yes you can do it

It is possible, but apparently it can be very glitchy.
And we had a thread like this. Over in the Online Organization Center.
Here
Though now that I look into it, I haven't updated my characters in forever. Rika is at like 112 or so right now and last time in that thread she was 84. rofl
We used to try and get a group of players together on Friday/Saturday nights from like 8-11 Eastern Time. It lasted a few weeks but back then there were only two or three of us that could go online anyhow. (Kinda the same deal right now though).
Sorry for dissapearing! I've been so busy with real life and I've been sucked into an Abyss (pun intended) by Tales of the Abyss that I haven't touched PSO except for a few days over V-Day. But I expect I'll be returning shortly.

I also have Phantasy Star Portable 2 for my psp if anyone else has it we could meet up and play it online.
