I thought the movie followed the comic very well. There were some changes that I noticed, and some things I noticed they left out (ex: how rorschach got his mask) The special effects of the movie were absolutely amazing and the actors looked like the characters in the comic. Overall I give the movie a 9/10. It was,by far, one of the best movies I have ever seen. I have seen it 4 times now xD ah im such a nerd lolz. What is your opinion on the movie? 3nodding

Saw it for the third time earlier today, and thought that it might start losing its charm by now, but luckily it still feels as exciting as the first time I saw it. xd Okay, it's not true to the graphic novel in some instances, but it's as close as possible throughout most of the film. Got a few minor grievances with it, but that's mainly directed at stupid cinema goers (who laugh at sad points... damn them evil ). Otherwise very impressed, and definitely going for a fourth time soon!
(Unfortunate side effect is that I keep shortening my sentences when speaking to people, kinda like Rorschach... it's not on purpose!)

Loved it. I liked how the characters weren't goody-two-shoes superheroes.

I thought it was the best Alan Moore adaption evar. Ecspcially with the 3 ******** fests "The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen" "From Hell" and "V for Vendetta" the first two sucked a** and never even followed the story. Just had the characters. The same for V for Vendetta which by it's self wasn't a bad movie. But if you know the book your like "Come on!!!"

Overall I think it was an amazing movie! There were only a few things that bothered me, but it was definitely a 9 or 10 out of 10. The biggest thing that bugged me was that the newspaper stand was only shown in the movie twice, but I understand that it wouldn't have been as interesting to movie-watchers and the movie couldn't have been much longer.

I saw the movie before reading the GN, I know lame right xd , and thought it was amazing. Then I read the GN, and thought it was still great, and there are certainly parts of the movie I thought were better than the book in comparison, but as a whole the GN was much better.

It wasnt the hero movie though that people who havent read the novel expected. Many my way expected something along the lines of Iron-man or whatever, and were duly dissapointed. Oh well. But, I do have to say, that since Watchmen has been made, and was the type of 'anti-hero' movie I have been craving for years, I will find it difficult to watch 'JLA' if they ever get around to filming it. Because after this, it can be nothing but dissapointing.

SilviteRamirez ...There's a JLA film?! eek It is an on-and-off project, bt they had got as far as picking someone to play Wonder Woman....was an Aussie I think. But if they make it, or will it just drive me mad that they will make hero movies where their flaws appear only skin deep, or have none at all.
