arrow Be polite! I can?t stress this enough. It should just be common sense what falls into being polite but that also includes being patient with me. I?m the only mod running customs so it?s obviously going to take some time. Any badgering in any way will be ignored. If you PM, IM, or post anywhere that you?re getting tired of waiting I?ll consider taking longer on your order and skip to those who have been patient. I know you?ve paid good money for your custom, I will get to it.
arrow Be specific! If you put ?blue and red? that pretty much tells me that you don?t care what patterns, markings, or what not are on the Poke?mon. Being broad gives me freedom to chose what I do with the custom as long as they?re in that color. If you don?t like it then it?s too bad, I did what I could with the description that you gave me.
arrow Post all the information that?s asked for. Poke?mon name, gender, Poke?mon species, and trainer name are the most crucial. You can chose your Poke?mon?s personality as long as it?s from the list.
F.A.Q.:
question Can I order a cosplay of [___insert_character_here___]? I?ll pay for the shining lineart revision and everything.
exclaim Nope. Cosplay are special Poke?mon released once a month in a set of themes. The cosplay Poke?mon aren?t something I?m very good at so I leave it to the artists that we?ve hired for just that purpose. Best you can do is wait until your character has come in. Eventually we might have a suggestion box where the sets can be suggested and/or voted on but one step at a time.
question Okay, I want an eevee with wings. It?s a lineart revision custom and I?m sending the trade now.
exclaim Sorry, no can do. Now this doesn?t go to say that he can?t have smoke that looks like wings or fire that looks like wings if you?ve ordered a fire-type that is. Adding wings is very much creating a hybrid.
question Okay then I want a hybrid. I want a mix between an arcanine and a espeon- here?s how he looks?
exclaim Another no. Hybrids can?t be ordered.
question Can I order a Poke?mon for someone else?
exclaim Yes you can, just be sure to include the name of the trainer you?re ordering it for. (Trainer name, not gaia screen name)
question Can two trainers own one Poke?mon?

How to Order:
1: Read over the first page to include the rules and FAQ. This will save you the embarrassment of breaking a rule in your order and save me the trouble of correcting it.
2: Read over the list of available Poke?mon. I will not draw a new Poke?mon if you want something like a skitty. What?s on the list is what?s available. Also keep in mind that you can only order basic Poke?mon- this means no evolutions.
3: Fill out an order form to include all the information.

4: If I see anything wrong or confusing with your order I?ll edit your post with a quote box titled ?Thalion?s Sneaky Edits?. I?ll also use a quote box for when the order is done and post up the picture right in your order post so check back every so often. Dargon?s not around all the time to update the pickup on the main guild page so I gotta put them somewhere.

I can?t say how often I see this- to include when someone else does the certing. There are only a few specific personality options for Poke?mon to have- each personality effects the Poke?mon?s stats in one way or another. If you want to choose the personality Here is a fantastic chart with every personality and what it does. If you still put one down on the list I?m going to chose an official one for you.
Personality Problem Example:

There is no hyper personality. I?d match it to ?impish?.
exclaim Trainer Name Errors:
Often times when someone?s new to the guild they?ll think that their trainer name is their gaia name. It could be- in some cases people chose to use their gaia name in the rpg as their trainer name but it?s not often. If that?s the case please specify. Your trainer name is the name of your character in the Poke?mon rpg. If you?re not planning to role play then you shouldn?t be getting a pet anyway.
