I wouldn't be surprised if that's true.
Even if said person is infact kidding, which I can't remember if this is true, the name may actually have been - Edward.
That Hohenheim named his other son Edward, then that son died...
Then he names his other son by the same name...
If could in fact be plausible.
Not that I am absolutely sure that the show did not reveal this information itself.
I forget things. ^^

I remember reading it somewhere, and it seemed pretty likely to me. I don't know... it wouldn't seem like Hohieheim (sp..) He didn't pay much attention to Envy when he was alive..so why would he care to name another child the same name..when he knows Envy is out there somewhere hating him?
