Ok, I'm not sure how exactly the Hysteric Party trap card works. I heard that it can even return Harpie lady sisters from the graveyard form some people and others say it can't. I also hear that you can use Hysteric Party's effect each turn, and others told me that I can only use the effect once in the duel. I'm confused, someone clear things up for me please.

Well,I'm not entirely positive about this, but I'd say that It's a one time deal, like "call of the Haunted", except because it doesn't say when all the monsters(s) special summoned this way are removed from the field remove this card it makes it confusing. also the part where it says harpy lady cards is confusing,because it makes it seem like you can summon sisters.
The first sentence says "Discard 1 card from your hand." and the second one, "Special Summon as many "Harpie Lady" cards as possible from your Graveyard. "
Since these 2 sentences are separated, it mean you can't use the effect again.
The cost of activation is discard one card "."
Then the effect of the trap card is to special summon "harpie lady(s)"."
lastly,if the trap is destroyed so are the monsters
So if the monsters are destroyed the trap just stays there uselessly
And since "Harpy Lady sisters" cannot be normal summoned or set, can only be special summoned by the effects of "elogant egotist", you can"t use "hysteric party" on it only on "harpie lady,harpie lady1,2,3, cyber harpie, and harpie queen.
to make it work multiple times it would have to say"by discarding one card from your hand you can special summon as many harpy lady cards as possible"
to make it work with harpie sisters it would have to include the effect "ignoring the summoning conditions" after the "you can special summon as many harpy lady cards as possible" part
