I really loved the opening credits of the movie, comedians funeral where all the characters have flashbacks of him, and all of the Rorschach jail scenes ^-^

The whole movie was just epic. But one of my favorite scenes is the beginnijg is when the Comedian is fighting the guy that will kill him. That fight scene os so epic and then they put it in slow motion and classical mussical to the background. I mean that just made me smile and all happy inside.

I think my favorite part of the movie was the ending because although it was totally different than the book's ending, it was just as good.

My favs are the opening montage, Rorschach's final scene and that sexy shot of Nite Owl II when he's got his cape flying... xd Oh, and I always love seeing the 'boys' file on Ozymandias' computer... it makes me laugh. rofl

I thought that at first, but then I saw the movie and kind of liked the ending. I'll admit that it totally kills all the lost artists and scientists thing as well as Veidt's whole experimentation on teleportation, but it got me thinking. If New York City was attacked by these "aliens", would the whole world become peaceful just to help rebuild one city? They would be scared of another attack coming because of the octopus-alien thing, but eventually they would calm down because there wouldn't be another attack, so they would continue most of their previous conflicts.

i didnt think it ruined it, but they did hav to take out a lot to make it work: everytime veidt talks about alexander the great, saying how he used unconventional means to untie the knot and veidt used unconventional means to avoid world war 3 with the alien monster
with the different ending, they had to take out all parts with veidt talking about alexander which was almost evrytime he talked so veidt was hardly shown in the movie
but i thought the movie ending was pretty good (but not as good as the book)

In the beginning, when it shows the rise and fall of the Minute Men.
Bob Dylan playing in the background just ties it all together.

The scene in which Rorschah dies. Everything pertaining to Rorschach is so pathos-laden...that scene gave me pangs of grief. I mean, to see Rorschach crying...I think you all will agree, that's just something else.

Rorschach's death scene really upset me, even though I knew it was coming. xd Daniel's "nooooooooo" didn't bother me either... it was just that everyone in the cinema started laughing when he splattered into an inkblot-like blood pool. gonk Got really mad that they were so cold about it. crying

What the heck?! They laughed?! That's terrible...I hate it when anyone laughs at a serious scene in a movie, especially if it's a movie I like...even if it's a movie that's poorly done, I think it just shows how sadistic people are if they choose to laugh at a moment that clearly wasn't meant to be funny.

I love dramatics, I'll admit. All the slow-action, really heart-pumping action scenes just had me drooling. I also had a happy fit when Bubastis first showed up, though my friend (who still hasn't read the novel) was like, "WTF, why does he have a freaky-looking tiger?"

I love the Ozy/Comedian fight (with "Unforgettable" playing in the background.. fantastic!), the "Times They Are A-Changin'" credits sequence, the Dan/Adrian conversation in Adrian's office, the "Hallelujah" scene, the ending conversation between Dr. Manhattan and Adrian. Oh, and everything in between. 3nodding
