Shahrazad Arabian Nights (Uncommon)
Oracle Text: Players play a MAGIC subgame, using their libraries as their decks. Each player who doesn't win the subgame loses half his or her life, rounded up. After the subgame, players shuffle all subgame cards they own into their libraries. Players don't ante a card for the subgame, and libraries with less than the required number of cards are legal.

my god , this card beings back some horrifying memories ..... back when this card was 100% legal , there was of course , a version of meandeck parfait with it in it .... and of course , i had to play it first round at a mox open .... well , to say the least , we ended up in subgame C , and i ran out of cards ..... i love the card , but it is quite possibly one of the most annoying cards ever printed in the history of mtg
Edit:: im pretty sure the oracle text doesnt say you shuffle back the cards from the subgame , they stay RFG for the remainder of the other games

That is just evil...no other word for it. That could lead to a messed up strat from blarg.. I wasn't around when it was being made, so I never played against but just reading it makes me shiver.

Might be kinda cool with something like a kithkin white weenie deck- play Shahrazad turn 2, and go to town.
Though if you really have to do something like that I guess it sort of defeats the purpose.

Sutured Contusion Edit:: im pretty sure the oracle text doesnt say you shuffle back the cards from the subgame , they stay RFG for the remainder of the other games My Previously posted Oracle Text; DA-FDNT Oracle Text:Players play a MAGIC subgame, using their libraries as their decks. Each player who doesn't win the subgame loses half his or her life, rounded up. After the subgame, players shuffle all subgame cards they own into their libraries. Players don't ante a card for the subgame, and libraries with less than the required number of cards are legal. Wizards MTG Gatherer; Gatherer "Players play a MAGIC subgame, using their libraries as their decks. Each player who doesn't win the subgame loses half his or her life, rounded up." * 7/15/2007 At the end of a subgame, each player puts all cards he or she owns that are in the subgame into his or her library in the main game, then shuffles them. This includes cards in the subgame's removed-from-the-game zone (this is a change from previous rulings).

Sunshine Superman Is the subgame from 20 life? Yes, It's a full on sub game, the only difference is the card count & content of your deck ~
